(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) � One individual was charged following an investigation into an incident of mischief in Delhi.

At approximately 7:49 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment responded to and investigated a dispute at an address on Croton Avenue in Delhi, Norfolk County.

It was determined that two individuals had a dispute inside a residence on the premises, resulting in damage to the victim�s property.

As a result, one individual was taken into custody without incident.

Charged with the following alleged offence is 30-year-old Nicolas BIDDLE of Norfolk County:

Mischief under $5,000.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Simcoe on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
