Kevin FAUBERT – Drunk Driving

 (SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) – Members from the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), arrested an impaired driver thanks to a concerned citizen reporting a traffic complaint.

On February 15, 2026, at approximately 12:20 a.m., Oxford OPP responded to a traffic complaint in the east-bound lanes of Highway 401, in South-West Oxford Township.

As a result of the investigation, Kevin FAUBERT, a 43-year-old resident of Woodstock, was charged with:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 31, 2026.

Steven Kamps Was Arrested

(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON) – An individual from Woodstock is facing charges after a single vehicle collision on Highway 59.

On December 29, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Highway 59, near Old Stage Road in Norwich Township. It was reported that a vehicle had left the roadway and entered the ditch.

Officers attended and spoke with the lone occupant of the vehicle. There were no injuries reported because of the collision.

Steven Kamps, 63-years-old, of Woodstock, has been charged with:

·      Dangerous Operation

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

·      Drive vehicle or boat with Cannabis readily available

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on March 3, 2025.

Kyle FENWICK Arrested in Clinton

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Woodstock resident with Prohibited Driving charges following a traffic stop on December 22, 2025. 

On Monday, December 22, just before 3:00 p.m., Huron County OPP officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle on Rattenbury Street in the Town of Clinton, Municipality of Central Huron.  

Officers confirmed that the male driver was prohibited from driving under the Criminal Code as well as driving suspensions under the Highway Traffic Act. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and taken into custody.

Kyle FENWICK, 46 years-of-age from Woodstock has been charged with:

–      Operation while Prohibited – (four counts),

The accused was additionally charged with six offences found in the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), and one offence found in the Liquor Licence Control Act (LLCA).

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for 45 days.

The accused was processed, held for a bail hearing, and remanded into custody with a later court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

David Stevens Facing Numerous Charges

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – The Oxford Provincial Police (OPP) have identified and charged an accused person following a report of a theft of gas, in the Town of Tillsonburg.

On December 3, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., members of the Oxford OPP detachment responded to a report of a theft of gas from a business on Tillson Avenue, in the Town of Tillsonburg. It was reported that unknown suspect(s) attended and left without paying for gas.

Through investigation, Oxford OPP members, with support from the OPP Bail Support Team, were able to identify an accused and have laid several charges.

On December 15, David Stevens, 34-years-old, of Woodstock, was arrested and is charged with:

  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order
  • Possession of Property obtained by Crime (Three counts)
  • Theft under $5,000 (Four counts)
  • Drive While Under Suspension (Three counts)
  • Operation while Prohibited (Twenty-four counts)

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing on December 16, 2025, and has since been remanded into custody.

Devin Grewal – Drunk Driving

(ZORRA TOWNSHIP, ON) – An individual from Zorra is facing impaired driving related charges after a single vehicle collision on Road 88.

On September 27, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., members of the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle collision that had occurred on Road 88, in the Township of Zorra. Officers attended and spoke with the lone occupant of the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle suffered minor injuries.

On November 13, 2025, Devin Grewal, 25-years-old, of Woodstock was charged with:

·      Operation while Impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Dangerous Operation

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on January 6, 2026.

Robert BRENNEMAN – Drunk Driving

(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after traffic stop.

On October 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., a member of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) while on general patrol on Trafalgar Street in the Municipality of Thames Centre, observed a suspicious vehicle, at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Robert BRENNEMAN, a 50-year-old of Woodstock, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on November 17, 2025.

Home Invasion – Claude SIMON Arrested

(BRANT, ON) – On Friday, Sept 12, 2025, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Brant County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a Break & Enter at a residential address in the town of Oakland.

Police attended the residence and found a male inside the home. The homeowners did not know the male. Following the investigation, officers determined that the male was not authorized to be in the home and had gained entry without the homeowners consent.

As a result, Claude SIMON, 43-years-old male, from Woodstock, has been charged with:

Adult Unlawfully in Dwelling.

The accused was released with a court date on October 2025 in the city of Brantford.
