Help End The Police State – FTP Products Now Available In Wingham

We are living in a police state where you can be charged with zero physical evidence, and you are guilty until you can prove otherwise. In Ontario, based solely on an officer’s word you can lose your driver’s license or even spend up to 10 years in prison. When someone is charged or convicted of a crime without any physical evidence we are living in a police state. Thanks to the public for video recording the police, several area police officers have been caught deleting videos, fabricating notes for court, neglect of duty, harassment and lying on the stand in court.

There are dozens of crimes a corrupt police officer can charge someone with, absent of any physical evidence. The officer simply has to say you threatened them and your life as you know it is over. The corrupt cop without any physical evidence can also claim you ran a stop sign, held your hands in a threatening manner, were going to use an everyday object as a “dangerous weapon”, resisted arrest, drove dangerously, drove while high, assaulted the officer or disturbed the peace. If you don’t have proof you didn’t do what they said, you will be convicted. Sadly the only way to prove you didn’t do something is video evidence. The reality is we are beyond a “police state” and have fallen to fascism since the police use violence on a regular basis.

Mandatory police body cameras are essential for equality and justice. Since the police won’t wear body cameras, the public needs to record every police interaction they witness.

Snow Squall Warning For Wingham & Blyth – 15 Cm Snow, Zero Visibility

Heavy snow squalls this morning.

Intense snow squalls continue to affect regions in the Kincardine area.
This snow squall is capable of producing local snowfall amounts of 15 cm and reduced visibility to near zero.

Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility in some locations.

OPP Incompetent & Incontinent According To Wingham BIA Head & NH Council – “Shame Station” To Show OPP Upper Echelon Who’s In Charge

Two people well known for OPP bashing have teamed up to shame the “upper echelon” of the OPP for their incompetence and what they believe to be deadly slow response times of the OPP. Reeve Bailey stated “It’s very important that the upper echelon realize that they made a mistake”. 

North Huron Reeve Bernie Bailey  said, “I think we all realize that if there is a family disruption or if there is an accident and your OPP officer is going to the bathroom in Clinton, it’s a long way to North Huron, or to Howick, or Morris-Turnberry.”

North Huron council and Doug Kuyvehoven claim this “shame station” is for OPP officers to have some place to use the washroom. They claim there is no other option other than the Clinton detachment for officers to use a washroom, and this adds 30+ minutes to the response times.

WFP hopes police officers are smart enough to figure out to go to the bathroom by themselves without Bailey & Kuyvenhoven telling them what to do. They have been doing it since the invention of policing without Kuyvenhoven & Bailey’s shame station.

There are a myriad of options police offices have to use the bathroom, from hospitals they frequently visit in the course of their duty, gas stations, convenience stores, town halls, Tim Hortons, restaurants, Public Works buildings, any government building, friendly store owners they met on foot patrol, rest stations with porta potties, truck stops, etc. 

This same team of Kuyvenhoven & Bailey showed up to the OPP costing meetings and spread lies and fear. Doug Kuyvenhoven even claimed to speak for EVERY Wingham business when spewing his lies of support for the former Wingham Police, and Bernie Bailey slammed them for their slow response times.

Horrifying videos, CBC investigations and SIU reports with trigger warnings prove beyond a doubt corrupt police officers will do anything to silence the truth of their gross misconduct. There is no doubt why the police refuse to wear body cameras.

Threats of rape and murder by those claiming to be police or reitired officers are going viral online in an attempt to silence those that speak out against the rampant abuse. Lock your doors and don’t open them unless you know who it is. 

Many of you know about the war that has been growing behind the scenes between the Free Press and unaccountable police that refuse to wear body cameras. Do not leave home without a way to video record police interactions, your life and reputation may depend on it. Even the most ardent boot likers must agree that threats of rape are too far over the line. Some police think a beating or raping is justified depending on circumstance. No wonder People are afraid to speak up and the police refuse to wear body cameras.

A hero Rights Activist has posted a “Fuck The Police” sign on their front lawn somewhere in Wingham. While this flimsy piece of cardboard may seem insignificant to most, it is a beacon of hope and change for a burgeoning grass-roots movement, proving that the “Death Of Fear” is here, or on enroute.

Stratford Police Approved To Continue Beating/Torture Of Unarmed Civilians – Outraged Public Demands Body Cameras After Another SIU Failure

27July2015 Stratford police officers threw an unarmed autistic man to the ground and beat him in the head causing a concussion, cuts to his face and a black eye. According to the recently released SIU report “the officers tactic was reasonable”. This type of force is used daily in Ontario and is just viewed as common practice. Body cameras need to be mandatory for all police immediately. There is no other peaceful way forward.

An online fundraiser for the victim has been setup on GoFundMe.

Anyone that doesn’t cower in fear of these corrupt officers will be beaten, simple as that. There is nothing you can do about it unless the incident is captured on video. The SIU is composed almost entirely of former police officers who are fiercely loyal to their beatdown brothers in blue. 97% of the complaints of police misconduct are unfounded according to the SIU. The 3% conviction rate is only that high due to video evidence, otherwise it’s the “beatdown boys in blue” word against yours and they always win.

OPP Reprisals, Threats, Evidence Tampering, Refusal To Wear Body Cameras & Collusion Triggers Further Collapse In Confidence

There is near zero confidence the OPP will perform their duties without prejudice. Even those that proclaim to support the OPP believe that those who stand up to them will be denied service/protection, a potentially deadly scenario. 

Many believe the OPP will just do a “wellness check” and abuse or kill anyone that speaks up, or doesn’t show immense fear/respect. More than often they simply claim they were assaulted, the victim resisted, or some other crime where it will be their word against their victim’s word in court. The police always win in court, unless you have video evidence showing the truth.

Reprisals were swift after a Wingham restaurant declared it would not serve armed OPP members, or anyone carrying a firearm, exposing even more corruption among the OPP. This ban will be in effect until the OPP wear and use body cameras. The owners of the restaurant were overwhelmed with the amount of support and encouragement from the community. 

Shipments of low cost body cameras are now en route to Wingham for members of the Public, to help protect them from unaccountable OPP officers. “If the OPP won’t wear body cameras, we have to.” There is no reason for the OPP not to wear and use body cameras. If they have nothing to hide, then they shouldn’t mind using body cameras.

Video record all police interactions! 

It’s time everything they say will be used against them in court.

F*** The Police – If The OPP Won’t Wear Body Cameras, We Will #FilmThePolice #FTP #KnowYourRights

A growing movement consisting of Rights and Accountability advocates is quickly gaining momentum in South-western Ontario. The OPP refuse to wear body cameras, so the Public has stepped up and started Filming The Police to help hold them to account. They are raising awareness via vehicle & front door stickers & shirts. The police may be conflicted about this campaign as they are paid to protect the free speech rights of those participating.

In Wingham during the transition from Timmy & The Timbits (Wingham Police) to OPP, the OPP are to match the level of service provided by the previous municipal service, which included body cameras. They are not wearing the cameras we taxpayers already paid for.

Recently released video of OPP stomping on the Rights of a taxpayer by confiscating his phone and deleting the video evidence which incriminated the police was the final straw. FTP, FilmThePolice.ca was born to help hold our armed civil servants to account for their actions. 

Video record all police interactions, at least until the OPP agree to wear body cameras.

OPP Drones Strike Restaurant In Heart Of Wingham – Buck & Jo’s Literally On The Right Side Of The Law #FeedThePeople #FTP

Yesterday a Wingham restaurant took a stand against police abuse and corruption by refusing service to all armed uniformed OPP members. This was in response to the Rights violations and collusion caught on video by Kyle Pickering that went viral. 

The final straw was the OPP response of circling/stalking Kyle’s house and pulling him over again hours after he spoke up publicly. There is an accountability problem with the police. They are believed in court 100% of the time, they investigate themselves, they tamper and destroy evidence, they coordinate their notes/lies/testimony and the only thing you can do is video record them and hope they don’t permanently delete the video.

Within hours of banning OPP the restaurant was targeted by fake and vulgar reviews online by those wanting to keep OPP corruption quiet. These pro-corruption extremists do as commanded, like a drone in a police hive. These people/drones/rats know the corrupt officers will have their back and they too will be able to bully without consequence. Many of the drones even state they have never been into the restaurant before in their “reviews”. 

The OPP will  be moving into the building adjacent to Buck & Jo’s on Josephine St. Wingham. Renovations are underway and they should be open in the coming days/weeks. Buck & Jo’s is now literally “on the right side of the law”.

OPP Banned From Wingham Restaurant – Staff & Customers Uncomfortable Around The Armed & Unaccountable #FTP #FilmThePolice

Effective immediately OPP members are not allowed to enter Buck & Jo’s, a Wingham restaurant. Staff and Customers do not feel comfortable around anyone that is carrying a firearm, even more so when those armed individuals are unaccountable. No one should be above the law. If anyone enters Buck & Jo’s carrying a loaded firearm expecting/demanding “free” coffee and/or donuts, 911 will be called and they will be video recorded. OPP officers are only allowed when invited or with a warrant.

As more videos and victims of OPP corruption/abuse come forth, the fear of the police is at an all time high in Wingham. Numerous law abiding citizens have expressed terror of the OPP. Citizens are afraid to drive for fear of being pulled over, and full grown adults are afraid to speak up publicly for fear of police retaliation. 

Virtually every customer at Buck & Jo’s in the last 2 years has had a bad interaction with the police, or one of their friends and family have. One of the owners of Buck & Jo’s was instrumental in disbanding the Wingham police after they arrested him at a council meeting for suspicion of recording a public council meeting. Town staff, councillors, Reeve and officer Kevin MacAdam lied, deleted body camera footage, signed false statements and committed perjury. Despite their overwhelming collusion, they lost due to Wingham Cop Watch video recording the evening from multiple angles. Police corruption is real. The Wingham police were disbanded shortly after.

Everyone is strongly encouraged to video record all police interactions.

OPP Reach Out To Victim – OPP Given 12 Hours To Agree To Truce/settlement Venue – The Square Mile Throws Support Behind OPP Abuse Victim #StandYourGround

The OPP has reached out to their victim requesting a meeting. The victim has agreed conditionally. Those conditions include location and that the meeting be video recorded by neutral parties. If the OPP does not agree to the terms, every effort will be exhausted and no expense will be spared to hold the OPP to account.

Stalker OPP At Large – Victim Pulled Over Hours After Video Exposing Police Corruption Goes Viral #FilmThePolice #FTP

Hours after the story of a victim of OPP abuse went viral online, an OPP cruiser was caught on video driving past the victim’s home by circling the block countlessly. This stalking behavior is typical of obsessed psychopaths that are aroused by the fear in the eyes of their victims. 

Minutes after our hero leaves in his vehicle he is pulled over by an OPP officer without a face mask. Our hero made sure his doors were locked and rolled his window down 2 inches, enough to communicate with the officer and pass through a driver’s licence and proof of insurance. This seemed to upset the naked faced officer as he repeatedly requested the victim to roll down his window. 

Naked faced officer: “Can you roll your window down please”
Victim: “It’s good there, I can hear you”.
Naked faced officer: “Can you roll your window down please”
Victim: “I can hear you”

The officer which seemed to be suffering from short term memory loss had to ask our victim why he pulled him over. This might have been due to brain-fog from covid as the officer was clearly an anti-masker showing no respect for covid restrictions. Another well known cause of short term memory loss is cannabis consumption. The officer did ask if our hero had any cannabis in the vehicle.

OPP Caught On Video Creating Lie To Justify Illegal Search In Court – Officer Repeatedly States He Didn’t Smell Cannabis Then Agrees To Lie

OPP Officer 2: Ok, let’s say “you smelled cannabis”
OPP Officer 1: Sure, yeah.
OPP Officer 2: Let’s say that.
OPP Officer 1: That’s fine.

That’s how easy it is for the OPP to fabricate a story and to destroy someone’s reputation, dignity and future. Their victims are normally out thousands of dollars in legal fees and have to take time off work to defend against this grotesque abuse by the police. It’s their word against yours in court, unless you video record it.

December 20th Kyle Pickering, a 27 year-old from Mitchell was followed by a marked OPP cruiser for 8kms from Mitchell to Dublin. Eventually the officer pulled over the vehicle under the pretense of suspicion of impaired driving. 

What followed was captured on video by the victim. The phone was seized and video evidence was deleted by OPP officers. The victim later recovered the video.

The officer claims his victim was pulled over under suspicion of impaired driving. The OPP officer did not notice any signs of impairment and no demand for a breath test was made.  At this point more OPP officers are on route to the scene and the victim is video recording.

The officer then claims to smell cannabis and opens the victim’s car door and demands to search the vehicle.

The victim truthfully states there is no marijuana in the vehicle. 

The officer attempts to forcibly remove the victim from his vehicle. 

The victim objected and demanded to speak to the officer’s supervisor.

Instead of waiting for the backup officers to confirm the odor of marijuana and legal grounds for a search, the officer assaulted the victim, seized his phone and searched his vehicle.

No drugs were found during the illegal search.

The officers are then caught on video discussing how they need to say they smelled cannabis to make the search appear legal in court.

Once the officers realize the victim’s phone is still recording, they delete the video.

The victim recovered the deleted video.
