Madysen HOWARTH Was Arrested

(BLIND RIVER, ON) – On December 5, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m. the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call of a possible impaired driver in the ditch on Highway 17 near Frammpet Drive.

Police observed a badly damaged black pickup truck in the west bound ditch, facing east. Additionally, there were numerous beer cans observed on the highway and beside the truck. Algoma Paramedic Services attended to assess the driver and transport to hospital. Once at the hospital, the driver was very uncooperative with hospital staff and police. Subsequently, the driver was arrested and the pickup truck was towed and impounded.  

Madysen HOWARTH, 27-years-old, from Thunder Bay was charged with – Failure or refusal to comply with demand.

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Elliot Lake on January 8, 2026.

Joanne GRAVEL & Bernard HUNTER Drug Trafficking

(COCHRANE, ON) – Two Cochrane residents are facing multiple drug trafficking charges following a traffic stop conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) as part of a drug trafficking investigation.

On Tuesday November 25, 2025, the North East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) conducted a drug trafficking investigation, with officers from the James Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle on Highway 655, at the intersection of Highway 11 at approximately 2:00 p.m.

The two occupants of the vehicle were arrested. During the search, officers seized approximately 20 grams of suspected fentanyl, and a small quantity of cocaine for a total approximate street value of $5,000. Also seized were two cell phones, and approximately $2,000 in Canadian currency.

As a result of the investigation, Joanne GRAVEL, 50, and Bernard HUNTER, 38, both of Cochrane, have been charged with:

·        Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – opioid

·        Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000

Both accused were released from custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane on January 6, 2026.

Christopher EADIE From Morris-Turnberry Was Arrested – Details Released

(HOWICK, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Morris-Turnberry Township resident with an impaired driving offence following a traffic stop on November 08, 2025, in Howick Township. 

Just after 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 08, 2025, Huron County OPP officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle on Salem Road in Howick Twp. The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired operation.

The accused provided breath samples before a qualified OPP Intoxilyzer Breath Technician at the Huron County OPP detachment in Clinton. Breath samples provided to police resulted in readings over the legal limit.

Christopher EADIE, 54 years-of-age from Morris-Turnberry Twp has been charged with:

–      Impaired Operation – Over 80.

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused’ driver’s license was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 08, 2025.

John LINDSTROM-WYNNE Was Arrested For Arson

(Lake Helen First Nation, ON) – On November 29, 2025, at 11:45 pm, members of the Nipigon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), with the Lake Helen Police Service, responded to reports of a recreational trailer fire on Lake Helen First Nation. The trailer was occupied at the time; the lone occupant was able to escape with minor injuries.

Following an investigation by the OPP and Lake Helen Police, with assistance from the OPP North West Region Crime Unit, one individual was taken into custody.

As a result, John LINDSTROM-WYNNE, 21, of Lake Helen First Nation, has been charged with:

  • Arson – Disregard for Human Life, contrary to Section 433(a) of the Criminal Code.

The accused remains in custody pending a bail hearing.

Kilo Fentanyl Bust In Hamilton #NarcoTerroristTown

(HAMILTON, ON) – Three people are facing several charges, including one who is also subject to a committal warrant.

In early October, the Peterborough/Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau (OCEB), in partnership with the Hamilton Police Service (HPS), began an intelligence-led, drug trafficking investigation. As part of the investigation, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, members of the Peterborough/Northumberland OPP CSCU, OPP OCEB, HPS and the OPP-led Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad located and arrested an individual who is subject to a committal warrant. Officers also executed a search warrant at a Hamilton residence, where two additional individuals were arrested.

As a result of the search warrant, the following items were seized with approximate quantities:

• 1.2 kg of suspected fentanyl

• 150 g of suspected cocaine

• 110 g of suspected methamphetamine

• 35 g of suspected crack cocaine

• 100 hydromorphone tablets (8 mg each)

• One cell phone

• $1,600 in Canadian currency

The estimated street value of the drugs seized is $48,400.

Justin BOYER, age 36 of Norwood, has been charged with the following offences contrary to the Criminal Code (CC) and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA):

• Possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000, s. 345(1)(a) CC

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl, s. 5(2) CDSA

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, s. 5(2) CDSA

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine, s. 5(2) CDSA 

Marie GAZIKOVA, age 23 of Hamilton, and Steven FENTON, age 39 of Hamilton, have each been charged with:

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl, s. 5(2) CDSA

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine, s. 5(2) CDSA

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine, s. 5(2) CDSA 

The accused were remanded into custody and are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Hamilton on a later date.

Murder – Repeat Offender Arrested Again #3Strikes

(LAMBTON COUNTY, ON) – Members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual with second degree murder in connection with a homicide investigation in Lambton County.

On Saturday, November 29, 2025, at approximately 1:40 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on Northville Crescent in the Municipality of Lambton Shores and located a deceased individual. A second individual with serious injuries was transported to hospital.

The deceased has been identified as Kimberly HACK, 57 years old of Lambton Shores. 

As a result of the investigation, on Saturday, November 29, 2025, Justin HACK, 23 years old of Middlesex Centre, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

·        Second degree murder, section 235 (1)

·        Attempt to commit murder, section 239 (1) – two counts

·        Assault with a weapon, section 267(a)

·        Aggravated assault, section 268 (1) – two counts

·        Fail to comply with probation order, section 733.1 (1)

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sarnia on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

A publication ban has been issued and, as a result, the OPP will not be able to release further information.

The Lambton County OPP Crime Unit is continuing the investigation under the direction of the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch, in collaboration with the Office of the Chief Coroner and the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service. Assistance is being provided by the OPP Forensic Identification Services.

Brayden LUCCI – Drunk Driving

(NORTH BAY, ON) – A driver has been charged with impaired driving following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 11/17 in North Bay.

On November 29, 2025, at approximately 10:45 p.m., the North Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Emergency Medical Services, and Fire Services responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision on Highway 11/17 in North Bay, near the intersection with Algonquin Avenue.

The caller had reported a pickup truck had rolled into the ditch. Officers arrived on scene and determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The driver was arrested and transported to the North Bay Police Service for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Brayden LUCCI, 21 years-of-age of North Bay, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on January 6, 2026. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Nicola DICKSON – Impaired Driving

(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – A Guelph driver has been arrested after going through a Festive RIDE Program in Fergus.

On December 3, 2025, at approximately 2:00 p.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) were conducting a Festive RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) Program at Orangeville Road and Scotland Street in Fergus, when they suspected an individual to be behind the wheel while impaired.

As a result of the investigation, Nicola DICKSON, a 56-year-old from Guelph, is charged under the Criminal Code, Cannabis Control Act and theTobacco Tax Act with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Have care or control of a vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available
  • Possess unmarked cigarettes

The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on January 6, 2025.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

Michael ROSE – Impaired Driving

(SELWYN TOWNSHIP, ON) – Officers from the Peterborough County detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual with impaired driving as a result of investigating a collision.

On Tuesday December 2, 2025, at approximately 5:15pm, Peterborough County OPP officers received a call for service regarding a head-on collision on Lakefield Road in Selwyn Township. Witnesses advised one vehicle crossed over into the oncoming lane where the two vehicles collided. Officers spoke to the driver of the northbound vehicle and determined them to be impaired.

Michael ROSE (age 65) of Douro-Dummer Township was arrested and charged with;

• Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on January 6, 2026 in Peterborough.

The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90-days, and their vehicle impounded for seven days.

Crystal LEPP – Drunk Driving

(PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY, ON) – An individual has been charged following a serious collision on Highway 62 in Prince Edward County.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, shortly after 8:00 p.m., officers with the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a head-on motor vehicle collision.

The investigation revealed that a passenger vehicle was travelling southbound on Highway 62 when another northbound vehicle crossed the centre line and collided head-on. The driver of the southbound vehicle sustained minor injuries and was transported to hospital by ambulance.

Officers utilized an approved roadside alcohol screening device on the driver of the northbound vehicle. As a result, the individual was arrested and transported to the detachment for further testing.

Crystal LEPP, age 48 of Brantford, has been charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Dangerous operation

The accused was held pending a bail hearing. The individual’s driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Curtis DICKIE – Drunk Driving

(GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – An individual from Grey Highlands is facing impaired driving-related charges following a call from a business in Markdale.

On Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at approximately 7:09 a.m., the Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a business in Markdale. An employee had attended the location, became involved in an altercation, and then left. It was believed the individual was impaired.

Grey Bruce OPP located the individual a short time later in Markdale and initiated an impaired driving investigation.

Curtis DICKIE, 39-years-old, of Grey Highlands, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code Offences:

  • Operation while Impaired – Alcohol
  • Operation while Impaired – 80 plus

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Owen Sound on January 8, 2026.

(Kitchener, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his Statutory Release.

Evan HANEY is described as Indigenous male, 29 years of age, 5’11” (180cm), 195 lbs (88 kgs) with brown hair and hazel/green eyes. He Wears thick rimmed glasses with a green/blue strap. He has several Tattoos;

The offender is known to frequent Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Milton Ontario. He also has ties in the Province of Newfoundland.

Home Invasion – Nicholas HALLEY Arrested AGAIN! #3Strikes

(BLUEWATER, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following a break and enter to a Bluewater residence on November 04, 2025.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 04, 2025, an individual was observed by homeowners unlawfully in their residence on London Road in the Municipality of Bluewater. Officers arrived on scene within minutes and observed the suspect flee on foot. The suspect then stole an unlocked pickup truck from a nearby residence. Police followed the stolen vehicle and later located it abandoned in the Town of Clinton. The suspect was located by police, hiding in a residence, and subsequently arrested. They were identified and charged with several criminal offences as follows:

Nicholas HALLEY, 37 years-of-age from no fixed address has been charged with:

–      Break and Enter Dwelling House – Commit Indictable Offence – (two counts),

–      Theft of Motor Vehicle,

–      Assault,

–      Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine,

–      Fail to Comply with Probation.

The accused was processed and held for a bail hearing, where they were remanded into custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.

Kaesi RENAUD Was Arrested

(GREATER NAPANEE, ON) – An individual, wanted on multiple arrest warrants, has been taken into custody in Greater Napanee, with officers also seizing illegal drugs.

Officers with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) East Region Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and Lennox and Addington Detachment located the individual in the area of Mill Street East just after 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. The person was taken into custody without incident.

During the arrest officers located suspected fentanyl and suspected methamphetamine, as well as items associated with drug trafficking.

Kaesi RENAUD, age 40 of no fixed address, has been charged with two counts of possession of Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking

The outstanding arrest warrants included charges for robbery and theft, as well as for failing to appear in court and failing to comply with release orders.

The accused was remanded in custody following a bail hearing this afternoon on today’s charges as well as the outstanding charges. The bail hearing is scheduled to resume on Thursday, December 4, 2025.

(RENFREW, ON) – The Renfrew Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person after responding to a shoplifting call in the Town of Renfrew.

On Tuesday, November 26, 2025, at approximately 3:10 p.m., Renfrew OPP responded to a shoplifting call for service in the Town of Renfrew.

As a result of the investigation, Brittany CIPHERY-ABBOUD age 29 of Renfrew was charged with:

–      Theft under $5000- Shoplifting

–      Fail to comply with probation order  

The accused was released and scheduled to attend the Pembroke Court of Justice on January 7, 2026.
