(NORTH DUNDAS, ON) – Officers from the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry (SD&G) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid impaired driving charges against two individuals in separate incidents.
On September 19, 2025, shortly before 10:00 p.m., SD&G officers responded to a traffic complaint involving a vehicle travelling the wrong way on Bank Street in North Dundas Township. The vehicle was located and grounds were formed that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
David ROBERTSON, 63, of Napean, was arrested and charged with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on November 4, 2025.
On September 20, 2025, shortly before 2:00 a.m., SD&G officers conducted a traffic stop on County Road 2 in South Dundas Township after observing a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed.
As a result of the investigation, Noah WILSON, 20, of Deux-Montagnes, Quebec, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Speeding
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on October 7, 2025.
