40 Year Old From Lucan Arrested – Details Released

(LUCAN BIDDULPH, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after single vehicle collision.

On October 26, 2025, at 9:39 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to Coursey Line in Lucan Biddulph the report of a single vehicle collision.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Melissa ST. GERMAIN, a 40-year-old of Lucan, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with:

·      Operation while impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Careless driving

·      Fail to report accident

·      Fail to remain

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on November 27, 2025.

The Middlesex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.

65 Year Old From Lucan Arrested

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after traffic complaint.

On October 16, 2025, at 3:23 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to a traffic complaint on Elginfield Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, for the report of a possible impaired driver.

The vehicle was located at which time a traffic stop was initiated.

The driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlesex OPP detachment.

As a result, Luisa RAPOSO, a 65-year-old of Lucan, has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

·      Operation while impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Dangerous Operation

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on November 20, 2025.
