Andrew GALLANT – Drunk Driving

(LAKESHORE, ON) – One person has been charged with impaired driving after a traffic stop in Lakeshore.

On April 27, 2025, at approximately 11:42 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Dupuis Street in the Municipality of Lakeshore.

Andrew GALLANT, 47-years-old of Belle River, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on May 7, 2025, to speak to the charges.

Martin JANZ – Drunk Driving

(LAKESHORE, ON) – One person has been charged following a collision in the Town of Kingsville.

On April 10, 2025, at approximately 5:06 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision on County Road 20 at Graham Side Road in the Town of Kingsville. 

Martin JANZ, 55-years-old of Kingsville, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on April 23, 2025, to answer to the charges.

MORRISON Was Arrested – Details Released

(LAKESHORE, ON) – One person has been charged with impaired driving after a traffic complaint in Lakeshore.

On April 11, 2025, at approximately 3:45 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a traffic complaint on Amy Croft Drive in the Municipality of Lakeshore.

Hayley MORRISON, 34-years-old of Lakeshore, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on April 24, 2025, to speak to the charges.

Arashpreet KAILE Was Arrested – Details Relased

(LAKESHORE, ON) – One person has been charged following a collision in the Municipality of Lakeshore.

On April 18, 2025, at approximately 12:20 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 in the Municipality of Lakeshore. 

Arashpreet KAILE, 24-years-old of Belle River, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Dangerous Operation

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on May 7, 2025, to answer to the charges.

Brianne SEELEY, 28-years-old of Tecumseh, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

Tyler TIMOTHY Was Arrested Again

(LAKESHORE, ON) – One person has been charged following a collision in the Municipality of Lakeshore.

On April 4, 2025, at approximately 3:06 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision on the County Road 42 westbound on ramp to Highway 401 in the Municipality of Lakeshore. 

Tyler TIMOTHY, 20-years-old of Stoney Point, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Operation while prohibited
  • Dangerous Operation
  • Obstruct Peace Officer
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts)
  • Possession of Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.

(LAKESHORE, ON) – One person has been charged with impaired driving after a traffic complaint in Lakeshore.

On March 21, 2025, at approximately 7:11 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a traffic complaint on Tecumseh Road near Lighthouse Road in the Municipality of Lakeshore.

Carson HATHAWAY, 21-years-old of Pain Court, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Failure or refusal to comply with demand
  • Dangerous operation

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on April 2, 2025, to speak to the charges.

Michel KRZNARICH Arrested Following Collision

(MUNICIPALITY OF LAKESHORE, ON) – Driver facing impaired charge after two-vehicle collision.

On March 6, 2025, at 6:18 p.m., members of the Essex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to County Road 22 in the Municipality of Lakeshore, for the report of a motor vehicle collision involving two vehicles.

There were no injuries reported.

As a result of the investigation, one involved driver was placed under arrest at scene.

As a result, Michel KRZNARICH a 55-year-old of Chatham, has been charged under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act with:

·      Failure or refusal to comply with demand

·      Careless driving

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice to speak to the charges on April 2, 2025.

The Essex OPP wants to remind the public that if you see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver you should contact the Ontario Provincial Police or your nearest police authority immediately.

Robert BARNES, 61-years-old of Blenheim, was arrested and charged with the following Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act offences:

• Fail to surrender insurance Card

• Driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor

The accused was scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Windsor on March 3, 2025, to answer to the charges.
