Jonathan GLOVER Was Arrested Again

(FOREST, ON) – The Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has made an arrest in connection with a theft from a business in Forest.

On January 19, 2026, members of the Lambton OPP received a report of a theft of several grocery items from a business located on King Street East.

As a result of the investigation, on February 5, 2026, Jonathan GLOVER, a 44-year-old of Lambton Shores, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

  • Theft Under $5,000
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Order (three counts)

The accused was held pending a bail hearing and has subsequently been remanded into custody.

38 Year Old Deceased Following Workplace Incident

(FOREST, ON) – On December 9, 2025, just before 4:00 p.m., members of the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Lambton County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), and local Fire Services responded to a workplace incident at an address on Douglas Line in Forest, Municipality of Lambton Shores.

Police arrived on scene and located an individual who had sustained life-threatening injuries while working on equipment. A 38-year-old individual from London was transported to hospital where they were pronounced deceased.

The Ministry of Labour (MOL) has been notified and has assumed carriage of the investigation. Anyone with information or inquiries related to this incident is encouraged to contact the Ministry of Labour at 1-877-202-0008.

Mexican Worker Killed in Forest Construction Accident — Ministry of Labour Investigating

(FOREST, ON) – Members from the Lambton County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a sudden death in Forest.

On Thursday, October 2, 2025, at approximately 6:22 p.m., police responded to a construction accident on King Street West in which and individual suffered life-threatening injuries.

A 26-year-old individual from Mexico was transported to a local hospital by Emergency Medical Services and later pronounced deceased.

The death is not considered suspicious.

Members of the OPP Forensic Identification Services, in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner attended the scene.

The Ministry of Labour is continuing the investigation.

Adam GAUDET Was Arrested

(FOREST, ON) – An individual has been charged with impaired operation following a collision in the Town of Forest.

On April 26, 2025, at approximately 12:25 a.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single-vehicle collision after the vehicle struck a pole at the intersection of Queen Street and James Street in the Town of Forest.

Minor injuries were reported.

As a result of the investigation, Adam GAUDET, 39-year-old of Forest, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code with the following offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Sarnia on June 23, 2025.
