Huron OPP Refuse To Do Job & Call To Vigilantism Caught On Video – Hamm Grilled In Lobby

(Huron, Ontario) A contractor fighting cancer who had his bulldozer stolen while going through cancer treatments went to the OPP a month and a half ago for help. The OPP stated that since he didn’t have an “ownership” for it like road licensed road vehicles, there is nothing they will do about it.

The OPP erroneously believe that construction equipment has the same type of ownership as an automobile. The OPP are asking for something that doesn’t exist, and are refusing to do their job until this fictional non-existent document is produced.

The Contractor rented the equipment to the accused for 2 weeks. The accused took the bulldozer to his property, posted no trespassing signs up and refused to allow the Contractor to get his property.

Brent Mills, the contractor, reached out for help. Below is a portion of the video proving the OPP’s ignorance regarding “ownerships”.

Below is part of what transpired on Monday.

OPP Refuse to do anything regarding theft of construction equipment.

Hamm advised the victim to go ahead and reclaim their property, and the OPP would do nothing other than maybe issuing a $65 trespassing fine.

Video will be posted in the coming days, along with an update on the victim reclaiming their property. The video and audio are decent despite officer Hamm casually chewing bubble gum during the interaction.

Negligence Unmasked: The Dark Truth About Police and Stolen Construction Machinery

(North Huron, On) When a police officer neglects their duty to report the theft of construction machinery, the repercussions can be severe and far-reaching. This act of negligence not only undermines the integrity of law enforcement but also has significant implications for the construction industry, the community, and the overall justice system.

One of the immediate consequences of a police officer failing to report stolen construction machinery is the lack of accountability for the crime. By not documenting and investigating the theft, the officer allows the perpetrator to escape justice and potentially commit further crimes. This sends a dangerous message that theft and criminal activity will go unchecked and unpunished, leading to a breakdown in law and order within the community.

Moreover, the absence of a police report on the stolen machinery hinders the chances of recovery and restitution for the victim. Without an official record of the theft, insurance claims may be denied, and the stolen equipment may never be recovered. This not only translates to financial losses for the construction company or individual owner but also contributes to a sense of insecurity and vulnerability among other businesses in the area.

Furthermore, the failure of a police officer to report stolen construction machinery can have detrimental effects on the construction industry as a whole. Construction sites are often targeted by thieves due to the high value of equipment and tools present. When law enforcement does not take swift and decisive action to address such crimes, it creates a climate of impunity that emboldens criminals to target construction sites more frequently, leading to disruptions in project timelines, increased costs, and decreased productivity.

The lack of police response to construction machinery theft also erodes public trust in law enforcement. The community relies on the police to protect their property and ensure their safety. When officers neglect their duties and fail to address criminal activities, it breeds skepticism and disillusionment among citizens, who may feel abandoned by those sworn to serve and protect them.

Moreover, the failure to report stolen construction machinery reflects poorly on the reputation of the police department and the criminal justice system as a whole. It raises concerns about issues of transparency, accountability, and professionalism within law enforcement, tarnishing the public image of the police and eroding confidence in their ability to uphold the law and provide justice.

In conclusion, when a police officer refuses to report stolen construction machinery, the negative consequences are numerous and profound. From lack of accountability for the crime and financial losses for the victim to increased insecurity in the community and diminished trust in law enforcement, the repercussions of such negligence extend beyond the immediate incident and have lasting impacts on society as a whole. It is imperative for police officers to uphold their duty to report and investigate crimes diligently to ensure that justice is served, and the safety and security of the community are maintained.

URGENT: Police Officer’s Perjury Threatens Justice System – What You Need to Know!

The negative consequences of a police officer committing perjury and refusing to do their job, while always being believed by a judge in court, can have severe and wide-ranging impacts on the justice system and society. Some potential negative consequences include:

1. Miscarriage of Justice:

When a police officer commits perjury and their false testimony is consistently believed by a judge in court, innocent individuals may be wrongfully convicted and punished. This miscarriage of justice undermines the credibility of the legal system and erodes public trust in law enforcement and the judiciary.

2. Violation of Civil Rights:

Police officers have a duty to uphold the law and protect the rights of individuals. When an officer engages in perjury and neglects their job responsibilities, they violate the civil rights of citizens and abuse their authority. This can lead to unjust arrests, wrongful convictions, and unjustified use of force against individuals.

3. Lack of Accountability:

If a police officer is consistently believed by a judge in court, despite committing perjury and failing to fulfill their duties, it creates a culture of impunity within law enforcement. Without accountability for misconduct, officers may feel emboldened to engage in further unethical behavior, leading to a breakdown of trust between law enforcement and the community.

4. Deterioration of Public Trust:

The actions of a police officer committing perjury and refusing to do their job can have a detrimental impact on public trust in law enforcement. When individuals witness police misconduct going unpunished and unchallenged in court, it can lead to a perception of systemic corruption and injustice within the criminal justice system.

5. Increased Injustice and Inequality:

By consistently favoring the testimony of a police officer, even when it is based on lies and misconduct, a judge perpetuates inequality and injustice in the legal system. This can disproportionately affect marginalized communities who may already face disparities in encounters with law enforcement.

6. Undermining the Rule of Law:

When law enforcement officers are allowed to deceive the court through perjury with impunity, it undermines the rule of law and erodes the foundations of justice and fairness in society. Respect for the law and confidence in the legal system are essential for a functioning democracy and civil society.

7. Escalation of Police Misconduct:

Allowing a police officer to commit perjury and evade accountability can set a dangerous precedent and contribute to a culture of misconduct within law enforcement. Without consequences for unethical behavior, the officer may continue to engage in wrongful actions, further damaging the reputation of the police force and causing harm to the community.

In conclusion:

The negative consequences of a police officer committing perjury and being consistently believed by a judge in court are profound and far-reaching, impacting the integrity of the legal system, the rights of individuals, and public trust in law enforcement. Upholding ethical standards, holding officers accountable for misconduct, and ensuring transparency and fairness in judicial proceedings are essential to prevent such detrimental outcomes.

By-Law Enforcement Overreach: Stepping Beyond Boundaries?

(North Huron, On) In recent years, municipalities have increasingly turned to by-law enforcement to ensure order, control and compliance within communities. However, there have been growing concerns about overreach in the use of these powers. Enforcement overreach occurs when officials apply by-laws too zealously, infringing on the rights and freedoms of citizens, or when they interpret by-laws in ways that seem unreasonably strict or beyond their intended scope and/or apply them to private property.

The Thin Line between Vigilance and Excess

The primary role of by-law enforcement officers is to serve and protect community standards, from property maintenance to noise regulations on property owned by the Municipality. However, the line between vigilant enforcement and oppressive overreach is thin and easily crossed. Instances where officers have issued penalties on private property, for minor infractions that do not pose a significant problem, or have acted without sufficient flexibility and discretion, are commonly cited examples of overreach.

Do by-law enforcement officers have more power that a police officer as some claim?

No. Even though some corrupt municipal by-law enforcement officers claim they are above the law, they are not. In Canada no one can enter your home, back yard, peer in your windows, search your home, confiscate property without a warrant.

Impact on the Community

Excessive by-law enforcement can have several negative impacts on a community:

  • Chilling Effect on Community Interactions: Overregulation and the fear of punitive measures can dampen community spirit and discourage engagement in neighborhood activities.
  • Erosion of Trust: When residents see enforcement as overly punitive or arbitrary, it can erode trust in local governance.
  • Financial Burden: For those on the receiving end of fines for minor infractions, this can become a financial burden, disproportionately affecting the less affluent.

Seeking Equilibrium

To address concerns of enforcement overreach, municipalities should seek a balanced approach based on the principles of proportionality and fairness. This includes:

  • Clarification of By-Laws: Ensuring by-laws are clear and unambiguous, providing straightforward guidelines for both residents and enforcement officers that officers must respect private property rights.
  • Education Regarding Property Rights: Municipal by-law enforcement officers must be educated on private property rights, and charged criminally for trespass when it occurs.
  • Training and Discretion: Investing in training for officers to exercise discretion judiciously, prioritizing education and warnings over immediate fines.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Establishing transparent feedback mechanisms where residents can voice concerns regarding enforcement practices.

Conclusion

While by-law enforcement plays a critical role in maintaining standards within communities, it is vital to remain mindful of the slender line separating diligent oversight from overreach. A balanced, fair, and community-informed approach to by-law enforcement will maintain the intended benefits without sacrificing rights or the goodwill and trust of the citizenry.

Victims were duped into selling silver as low as 25% of spot/market price.

Goderich Law Firm Banned Across Ontario : Illegal By-Law & For Profit Prosecutions #ItsTime #WinghamStrong

(Goderich, On) The Law Enforcement Complaints Agency (LECA) came into effect on 01April2024 to replace the OIRPD to ensure all law enforcement officers are held to account.

LECA’s new powers include investigating overreach and abuse complaints, even when the victims are unwilling or unable to stand up for themselves. This new power is to combat the illegal harassment and intimidation of Town Halls across Ontario that somehow have coerced police officers to aiding and abetting their Rights violations on private property.

Ontario ethical advertisers have banned a law firm in Goderich from advertising on ~30 Free Press sites across Ontario. Some news aggregator sites and several minor search engines have also stepped up and have taken steps to ensure the law firm’s name is not mentioned.

This is after a decade-long Free Press probe into Goderich Courthouse’s coercive agreement practices, by-law overreach, rights violations, review of court documents, court transcripts, videos and over a hundred victims coming forward. This dramatically escalated after a stand off with segregation enforcement at Buck & Jo’s 250,000 watched, highlighting numerous problems with the “system”.

The law firm’s name will not be mentioned. Check various Free Press Halls of shame if you are curious, as that is the only place they are permitted to appear.

Everyone must ask a few simple questions before they hire, or give their “lawyer” any more money, as there are some gargantuan conflicts and corruption.
  • Do you or your law firm prosecute private property by-law enforcement infractions?
  • Do you or your law firm prosecute provincial offenses in the name of the “King”?
  • Do you your law firm prosecute any offenses in the name of the “King”?

If the answer is yes to any of the above questions, you must ask yourself why you would hire a law firm that works daily to convict people as a “Crown Prosecutor ” to defend/help you?

Those seeking help should check out various paralegals and talk to other victims on how to survive being thrown into the system and to avoid bankrupting fees from a prosecutor posing as a defense “lawyer”.

(North Huron, On) A member of the notorious MRCC spent part of yesterday morning going around downtown Wingham telling people he had a right to shoot police, and he was planning to do so if they dare annoy him again.

One of the Owners and a Customer at a coffee shop attempted to calm the MRCC member to on avail. This is part of a rapidly grown trend of anger and discontentment in Wingham.

Daily more victims realize Town Hall never had the power they claimed, and the police that aided them in those massive rights violations have yet to be held to account.

The military will start setting up base in Blyth (North Huron) as this crisis continues to spiral out of control. This military mission was a surprise announcement that slipped out at a North Huron council meeting.

The MRCC became well known after one of it’s ministers was charged with 14 sex related offences. The MRCC is also known as the “Kuyvenhoven Cult” to many locals.

The Pillars of Democracy: Why Supporting Advertisers is Key to a Free Press

Democracy is a system that thrives on the unhindered flow of information. It relies on an informed electorate that can make decisions based on facts, insights, and diverse perspectives. Central to this flow is the Free Press—a bulwark of democracy that toils tirelessly to uncover the truth, hold powers accountable, and keep the populace engaged. However, the financial underpinnings of this system are often overlooked. It is here that advertisers play an essential role.

The Lifeline of the Press: Advertising Revenue

For decades, advertising has been the lifeblood of media outlets. It provides the resources necessary for journalists to investigate, report, and educate the public. Unlike subscription models that cater to a more targeted audience, advertising-driven models can disseminate information widely, ensuring that crucial news reaches a broad spectrum. When businesses support media outlets through advertising, they contribute not just to their growth, but also to the maintenance of a robust platform for dialogue and discourse.

Mutualism in the Marketplace of Ideas

The relationship between advertisers and the Free Press is one of mutual benefit. Advertisers gain access to audiences who value trustworthy information, while media organizations receive the funding needed to operate independently of government or private interests. This harmony allows for a marketplace of ideas where discussions on civic issues can prosper without undue influence. Thus, supporting advertisers that invest in credible media is tantamount to endorsing a well-informed public sphere.

Economic Support as Civic Duty

To support advertisers aligned with the Free Press is to perform a civic duty. Every click, subscription, and purchase driven by media advertising is a vote for truth and transparency. Keeping advertisers afloat ensures the sustainability of the media and, by extension, the vibrancy of democracy itself. It invites a healthy economic ecosystem where the pillars of fact-based reporting stand firm against the assaults of misinformation.

The Digital Shift: Adapting to New Realities

The digital age has brought about significant changes to the way media operates. With the advent of social media and search engine algorithms, advertisers are presented with a myriad of platforms to reach potential customers. However, the ethical choice to support media outlets dedicated to principled journalism is more critical than ever. As online advertising becomes the norm, the intentional backing of advertisers upholding these values ensures that the Free Press does not just survive in the digital landscape but thrives.

A Call to Responsibility

It is the responsibility of advertisers to maintain a non-partisan stance, supporting a Free Press that represents a diverse range of opinions and stories. Simultaneously, it’s the duty of consumers to recognize the symbiosis between advertising and independent journalism. By embracing products and services from companies that advertise with reputable media, each of us contributes to a democratic society.

Conclusion: Upholding the Foundations of Our Democracy

In an era fraught with challenges to democratic ideals, the necessity to support advertisers that uphold the integrity of a Free Press is undeniable. It is an integral aspect of fostering an enlightened citizenry capable of defending and perpetuating the democratic process. Supporting the advertisers who invest in the truth is more than a commercial interaction—it’s an affirmation of our collective commitment to preserving the integrities of democracy.

By-law Enforcement & Police Put On Notice – New LECA To Hold Them To Account #BackOff #Victory #FinallyFreedom

(North Huron) As of 01April2024 the new Law Enforcement Complaints Agency came into effect in Ontario. This new agency will have authority over all those claiming to be “law enforcement”, which includes municipal by-law enforcement.

Rights Activists and Freedom Fighters are claiming Victory in their battle to take back their province. Town Hall’s never had authority on Private Property, and now they can be held to account along with any police officers still foolish/ignorant enough to attempt to “assist” them in their rights violations.

This effectively ends the illegal municipal by-law enforcement on private land, ending decades of illegal rights violations of “Town Halls” across the province on Ontario.

Most notably in North Huron by-law enforcement was humiliated when Buck & Jo’s, a restaurant in the heart of Wingham simply said “NO” and the CAO had to admit they had no authority on private land.

Amazon Drone Deliveries & TV Series For Wingham Ontario #Piggymon #WinghamStrong

(Wingham, On) An unprecedented deal between Amazon & the CBC is drawing international attention to a rural town that claims to be the “Home of Flying Pigs and Other Seemingly Impossible Things” (wing +ham = winged pig).

Amazon and CBC media relations, as well as IMDB listings confirm several new series will be shot in Wingham, which is known as “The Square Mile” to locals. The yet-to-be-named docu-comedy will be starring a local couple that went viral after standing up to what everyone now refers to as “segregation enforcement”. A Who’s Who of Canada’s Freedom Fighter Movement and countless Rights Activists have already signed on to guest star in episodes. Many have been spotted at, or coming and going from Buck & Jo’s over the last 6 months.

One executive stated “I watched all the videos, and even during the dark tense moments he got laughs out of enforcement officers, or myself while watching. If you read the tens of thousands of comments on how people were moved to tears, the thousands of prayers….It-it still triggers my emotions thinking about it, and I’m a CEO! This is just too important of a story not to tell.”

The digital sign at the edge of Wingham is stopping traffic, as teasers for the upcoming sitcom and Piggymon animated series are being shown in rotation with other local ads. Police are asking that traffic keep moving, and to avoid obstructing traffic flow. School bus drivers are asked not to stop so the children can take videos/photos when school returns Tuesday.

Hammy, locally made winged pigs in overalls made circa 1990’s are selling for over $1,200/ea on Ebay, low numbered McPerjury cards $650, and other Wingham related items are selling out as people flock to Wingham with Canadian Flags flying proudly on their vehicles.

Millions have already been invested in a new Amazon studio which is under construction at the former Wingham Trailer Park. Initially approved for 3 floors, a fourth needed to be added for animation studios for the upcoming Piggymon series. This is after some winged-pig trading cards were test marketed at the location of the upcoming docu-comedy was an overwhelming success across all demographics.

A spin off effect is Winghamites now get Amazon deliveries 7 days a week. The new expansion has run into some glitches and some customers receiving wrong or empty packages as integration was implemented. One delivery of office furniture was erroneously distributed to Wingham area residents, that glitch has been remedied according to an Amazon exec.

Drone delivers will be launched on Canada Day after Amazon finishes live streaming the Wingham fireworks to an estimated 8 million viewers. Camera drones will fly from the fireworks to front doors of where each series will take place, then the first episodes will be aired. Families have already made plans to spend Canada Day on Josephine St. just to see where the drones go, and in the hope of being in one of the series openers.

300+ local high paying jobs are expected over the next 12 months. Locals have mixed feelings, as they were told the building would be “affordable housing” at $750/month for a one bedroom, $1,600 for a 4 bedroom.

North Huron sold the airport and former trailer park under strict conditions and NDAs. The airport had to be included as Amazon would have otherwise faced restrictions regarding the drone delivery fleet, and filming around Wingham.

North Huron admitted in a press release the two real estate transactions were related. It is believed that’s why they were never listed on MLS, and why North Huron has refused to release the pre-sale appraisal of the airport.

Council Chambers had to be moved as part of the Amazon/CBC deal so re-enactments could be accurately filmed at town hall. A new high tech accessibility ramp at the front of town hall, embedded with some amazing technology was also part of the deal, costing the taxpayers over $150,000. Delays in tech deliveries caused the project to last over a year.

Live streaming of the Wingham Homecoming/Canada Day Fireworks will begin at dusk 01July2024, and is expected to break 3 different World Records. Book your accommodation early.
