Officer Christopher Boyes Added To Hall Of Shame – Do Not Approach, Video Record On Sight!

The only options seem to be perjury, incompetence or illiteracy.

The transcripts have been reviewed from a trial where Christopher Boyes, an inspector for Huron Perth Public Health, testified. Fortunately his actions were previously caught on videos that went viral.

Christopher Boyes of HPPH was asked by Gregory Stewart (who is notorious for his work with Wingham Town Hall.) Stewart is the chief persecutor of Buck & Jo’s, a tiny restaurant in Wingham, On.

Gregory Stewart. You described Mr. Hill as having a mask on. Can you describe the mask?

Christopher Boyes:  Yeah. It had some profanity on it. I’d rather, I’d prefer not to say. That, just saying that — like speaking against the police.

WFP has a copy of the mask in question, the videos, news footage, and court transcripts. Mr. Boyes is referencing the campaign to get police to wear body cameras, and to get them to use them. This Film The Police campaign has raised awareness for the need for the body cameras for officer safety and accuracy. “Film The Police – If the police won’t wear body cameras, we will”.

There was/is no profanity on the mask.

Most of you remember the local case where the police were caught fabricating their testimony, and then trying to delete the evidence that was caught on video.  This was a major catalyst for Film The Police.

Huron Perth Public Health inspector Christopher Boyes clearly lied about what was on the mask, or is unable to do the very basics of his job of “observe and report” and didn’t read the mask, or couldn’t read the mask.

The only options seem to be perjury, incompetence or illiteracy.

All restaurants and business in Huron Perth are being warned to video record all interactions with those proclaiming to work for Huron Perth Public Health, until such a time it can be proven there is some accountability when they do commit perjury.

Tempers Flare After Councillor’s Inappropriate Contact With Minors Caught On Video #LeaveOurChildrenAlone

At the 01May2023 North Huron council meeting tempers flared after/during some outrageous comments from councilor Chris Palmer, and his inappropriate contact with minors.

Several victims of bullies stood their ground at the council meeting, requesting equality in the hopes of bringing an end to the abuse of the bigots and bullies.

Councilor Palmer’s response was for them to give up, that they have “issues”, that their efforts won’t help, and that everyone is a victim so suck it up, showed truly how uncaring and spitefiled our “government” is.

To the horror of those watching, Palmer couldn’t shut himself up. He continued with “They are racial people, there is something wrong with them.” Palmer attempted to downplay his Freudian slip to no avail.

Even more bizarrely Councilor Palmer sarcastically stated “I can question stuff, there is always stuff happening I don’t like”. A clear mockery of the fact that the Public is not allowed to ask questions at council meetings, a cruel reminder to everyone the Public has zero power and council can do as they please without question or scrutiny.

Chris Palmer is expected to resign at the next council meeting due to his extremely inappropriate behaviour and contact with minors.

20% Tax Increase Hoax Exposed – Comments Now Banned Along With Questions

Sources at Wingham Town Hall are alleging the 20.65% tax increase they were forced to propose was a distraction for the real estate scandals, where Wingham taxpayers are out an estimated $30 million. Comments are now banned at council meetings, as they have been removed from the agenda for the next meeting. Questions have been banned from some time now.

It is alleged there was only ever going to be a 5% increase, then questions from the public regarding the airport, trailer park, and Hutton Heights deal intensified.

FACTS: Financial information was withheld from Wingham Ward councilors by Town Staff, a lightning backroom deal for Hutton Heights was struck for pennies on the dollar, and they refuse to release the appraisals on those properties.

To quote one councilor “Get it done before anyone finds out”.

According to multiple sources, now the deals are closed, Town Hall will now announce there will only be a 5% increase in taxes. This will be announced at the next meeting, and the Public is expected to be so relieved they will actually thank the council and staff for what they did to us.

They lied to the Public about a 20% tax increase, stole tens of millions of dollars in real estate from the People, and are responsible for the highest tax rate in Canada, and they will get away with it.

Wingham Victims Scammed Out Of Over $600,000 – Will The Lions Sleep Tonight?

The agenda package has been released for Monday’s council meeting. The agenda package clearly shows that victims/taxpayers were forced to pay $1.2 million dollars for the water line they installed last summer out to Hutton Heights. Numerous studies and plans were also paid for by the taxpayers/victims.

Council recently made a backroom deal to sell the Hutton Heights property for only $650,000 ($6,300/lot).

To be clear, the council spent over $1.2 million to sell a property for $650,000. Just like the airport deal, it was not listed on MLS and the public wasn’t notified. They also refuse to release the appraisals they got done for the properties before they sold them. Now you know why taxes have to jump 20%.

The next council meeting is Monday 20Mar2023, 6:00pm at Wingham Town Hall. At the last council meeting members of the Wingham Lions Club stood their ground against the council. Monday morning, tens of thousands from all across Canada will be waiting to see, and will be wondering, will the Lions sleep tonight?

Wingham’s Howson Dam Debacle Exposing Grievous Systemic Flaws – Lions Club & Mama Bear Inspiring A Province #OccupyWingham

The angry crowd of victims grows every time there is a council meeting in Wingham. This resulted in the cancellation of the meeting scheduled for 13Mar2023, as the council was thoroughly humiliated at the previous meeting. Basically the Lions roared, and council had the sh🍁t scared out of them.

Calls to occupy Howson Dam seem to have been in the works for quite some time according to several sources. Showers and laundry facilities will be available downtown Wingham for those that are willing to defend Democracy and occupy Wingham/Howson Dam this Spring, Summer & Fall.

Councillors for Blyth and East-Wawanosh insist they have the power to order Wingham to remove the Dam against the wishes of the Wingham people. Clearly Blyth and East-Wawanosh should not have a vote, as it is not in their ward, and will not affect their taxes. Blyth and E-W insist they are the boss of Wingham, and must do as they are told.

The next council meeting is Monday 20Mar2023, 6:00pm at Wingham Town Hall. If you haven’t watched the Lions roar yet, check it out below.

Lions Defend Wingham Against Corrupt Council – #TheRoarHeardAcrossWingham

The roar of the applause could be heard on the street as two Lions took down North Huron council. These two heroes stood their ground, and demanded to be heard. They only had time to touch on 7 points ranging from the 20.65% tax increase, to the fact East-Wawanosh & Blyth councilors are demanding Howson Dam be removed despite Wingham’s wishes.

Council and staff have canceled the special meeting for public input that was scheduled for Monday (13Mar). If you watch the video below you will understand why council chickened out of the meeting.

Please take the time to watch these heroes take a stand and defend Wingham. Please follow their lead and stand up for what you know to be right, and pledge never to be a bystander again.

The Lions Club of Wingham is very concerned about the budgeting process being followed this year and appreciates the opportunity to convey some of these concerns to you.

  1. We find it very difficult to understand why a budget requiring a property tax increase of 21% would even be proposed, at any time, but especially now with higher interest rates, inflation, higher food costs, etcetera affecting every property owner in the Township. Please reduce it to something reasonable such as 5 to 7%.
  2. Recreation is not an ‘optional item’ in any community. It is a very important physical and mental benefit to all residents of this Township. Our Club has existed in Wingham for 85 years and, during that time,
Lions members have contributed many thousands of dollars and volunteer hours to recreational facilities and activities here. Accordingly, we strongly suggest that you find items other than recreation to reduce or eliminate in your proposed budget to bring it down to a reasonable increase. We believe that recreational facilities should not be devalued or interrupted just because they don’t make money. That is not the intention. They are there to benefit taxpayers, as well as draw others into the community.
Indeed, it would be surprising if recreational facilities do make money… but that is not the point. The point is that taxpayers should expect their taxes to support the recreational facilities of our community,
and their uninterrupted operation. For some, these facilities are essential to their health.
  3. Another item that we suggest you review is ‘the new council chamber’. We do not believe, nor do we perceive the residents of our Township believe, that spending $450,000 of our residential taxes to create a new council chamber is a good idea, no matter where it is, but especially when it is not in a building that we own. What is the matter with using our recently renovated, beautiful but underutilized, theatre??
Why can’t you use the existing council chambers on the main floor of the town hall – surely whoever or whatever you have allowed in there to displace you can be moved somewhere else close for much less
than $450,000!! What about a storefront down or across the street? What about a ‘portable’ out the back with a connecting covered walkway, if necessary?? What about the old Post Office/Museum building??
  4. Of course, the obvious item to be deleted is the $1.3 million for the decommissioning of the Howson Dam, which would eliminate our beautiful Pond. As we have indicated to this council several times
during the recent past, our Club strongly supports the rehabilitation of the Dam so that we can again enjoy the Pond for recreational and esthetic purposes. We understand that the last engineering report
indicated that the Dam can be revitalised. We also understand that the Citizens Committee has offered to fundraise all the monies required for such a project and our Club would be willing to help in that regard.
To do nothing with the Dam this year would cost nothing, except perhaps a small penalty for not proceeding with the contract! There is no pressing reason to decommission it in 2023! Furthermore, we
understand that the required Government Approvals have not yet been received! Given that the Howson Dam is a somewhat controversial issue with the taxpayers, postponing any action for a year would give
you time to put the question of what to do with the Dam to a referendum of eligible voters in Wingham and would cost much less than the proposed decommissioning.
  5. We question why another $150,000 is required for the work on the entrance to the town hall? Wasn’t that project, and the financing for it, in the 2022 budget such that the necessary funds to complete it have
already been collected? And something else we don’t understand is “wasn’t the building already fully accessible with the lift that exists on the south side”?
  6. Please be advised that our Club completely supports the Blyth Lions Club with respect to their presentation to you regarding the importance of the Blyth & District Community Centre to that community.
  7. We also note that there is no street reconstruction or repaving work proposed in Wingham in the budget and, for that matter, no street or road work proposed anywhere in the Township. At least in Wingham,
we suggest there certainly is the need for some such work and we hope some is planned soon. We all know that keeping our infrastructure in good condition is vitally important.

Justice Of The Peace Added To Hall Of Shame After Intimidating/Threatening The Public – More Victims Feared

Justice of the Peace Frank Leddy is being added to the Hall Of Shame after openly threatening/intimidating the public. During what was clearly a politically motivated prosecution in a Goderich courtroom of Buck & Jo’s, facts and law were ignored, rights trampled and lies exposed.

JP Leddy openly admitted he wanted to teach everyone a lesson so in the future they obey all “authorities” without question or attitude.

“The deterrence factor is not just specifically for you, but also for the general population” JP Frank Leddy, 28Feb2023

JP Leddy is not a judge. He apparently has no other qualifications than working for the system as a school principal, according to the press release when he was appointed. Now you know why we are being treated like children, school principals are still in charge of your life!

Justice of the Peace Frank Leddy has been a senior education specialist at the Ministry of Education since 2013. Prior to that, he served as the superintendent of education for the St. Clair Catholic District School Board and as a secondary school principal. Justice of the Peace Leddy volunteered at the Chatham Outreach for Hunger, and was also a volunteer board member at My Class Needs, working to improve fundraising and outreach to schools that have significant needs not being met by regular funding sources.Associate Chief Justice-Coordinator of Justices of the Peace Faith M. Finnestad has assigned Justice of the Peace Leddy to London.

Council Dumps $15 Million In Real Estate For $650,000 – Backroom Buddy Deal For Only $6,310/lot

According to the agenda package council has sold off the 103 lots at Hutton Heights for $650,000, that works out to $6,310/each. This was not listed on MLS, nor was the public consulted. Council refused to answer questions about the back room deal at the last council meeting, and even cut the audio feed to keep things quiet.

NOTE: Wingham allegedly spent over $1,000,000 for the water line they ran out there last summer. Taxpayers were forced to pay $350,000 (1,000,000 – 650,000) to “divest” themselves of 103 building lots.  Simply put, the council spent $1,000,00 to sell a property for $650,000.

Estimates for the 103 lots range from $10,000,000 – $15,000,000. That is based on the discount price of $100,000 – $150,000/lot.

Next council meeting is 06Mar, 6pm at Wingham Town Hall.

Reserve Funds Being Tampered With – 3 Councilors Attempt To Block True/Full Budget Information #YouWereWarned

At the 21Feb2023 North Huron council meeting 3 of the 6 councilors tried to block the Public, Press and councilors from having access to budget information. Numerous members of the Public and a couple on council have accused senior town staff of withholding information, “making them feel dumb” and dereliction of duty.

Director of Finance Chris Townes was caught live on YouTube “tampering with reserves” at the council meeting. Townes claimed all the reserve funds needed to be consolidated. This tampering with North Huron’s reserve funds should be fully examined before they disappear completely. If you think North Huron can’t afford to maintain its infrastructure now, wait until there isn’t a cent left in reserves and we will wish for the days when the tax increase was only 20%.

Townes noted that he provided some colorful charts and graphs, and that should be enough. It was also stated that councilors, the Press or Public asking questions only impedes town staff. Graphs should be enough, and stop asking questions. It is quite clear that the council is not in charge and is taking direction from staff.

🚩 Councillors had to take the extraordinary step of passing a motion to force staff to release budget information.

NOTE: Only 3 councilors wanted access to full financial information before approving the budget. Click the previous link, or video below to skip ahead to the vote.

Many suspect the motivation for withholding this Public information is that it will shed more light on the recent real estate scandals that have crippled Wingham.

The next council meeting is 06March

Hero Stands Up To Council & Corrupt Staff – Belgrave Saved/Liberated #AfraidNoMore

Only one person stood their ground and defended Belgrave against corrupt senior staff and council, but that is all it took. The Belgrave Community Complex has been saved by an anonymous citizen standing their ground to confront council & staff. The audio stream was cut just prior to the anonymous hero taking his stand, and only reactivated near the end of his comments

Bystanders always use the excuse, “one person can’t make a difference” to justify their apathy and inaction. The Belgrave Community Complex was saved due to the courage of one person whose love for his Community outweighed his fear of standing and speaking up to the “authorities”.

The next council meeting is 06Mar2023.

Town Staff Defecting To Side Of The People – $450,000 Missing, Interloper Outed Live On Video #MamaBear

Thunderous applause rang out after a Mother stood her ground pleading to keep the Wingham Complex open, questioned where $450,000 went, and outed CAO Dwayne Evans as an interloper.

‘There is one thing to do in town, and you’re shutting it down’

During the evening, CAO Evans was also accused of extreme dereliction of duty for his refusal to acknowledge public concerns, questions, emails or calls.

Defection At Wingham Town Hall – Councillor Stands Up To Town Staff

One Wingham Ward councilor is standing up to town staff and has demanded access to budget information that staff have been refusing to hand over. Most believe that town staff’s refusal to hand over information to council is a criminal act.

The most likely motivation for concealing this information are the recent real estate scandals, where land was sold for pennies on the dollar. Detailed financial information is expected to show some incongruities with their balance sheets. This along with current Reeve Paul Heffer’s refusal to release the appraisals on the lands they “sold” off would be irrefutable proof the last council did not act in good faith, and arrests should be made.

🚩 Town staff have now twice the cut the microphone of a Citizen when they attempt to expose the alleged real estate frauds.

Wingham Considering Expanding Ice Season & Closing Blyth Arena

At the 21Feb2023 council meeting, 23 minutes was spent considering expanding the season for the ice surface in Wingham for its hockey team. According to councilor Palmer it only costs $1,000/day for hydro to keep the ice surface. Closing the arena in Blyth would surely cover the cost. This protracted debate likely ensured the council got extra bonus money, as they get paid extra if the meeting is 2 hours or more.

Some think it wasn’t appropriate for the “Hockey Club” to ask council to force the taxpayers to subsidize their recreation, especially since so many are struggling to keep their homes due to the high taxes and collapsing real estate market. Since the council will more than likely approve the request, taxes may go up even more.

Council is expected to make a decision regarding saving the “hockey club” or the Blyth Arena at the 06Mar meeting.

Watch the video below to verify for yourself. The “hockey club” discussion starts at 30:40. Clicking on the video below should start you are the correct spot. 🚩 Council can ask the public questions, but not the other way around.

Belgrave Community Centre Saved After Comical Coercion & Incompetence Of “F*ck-up Falconer”

Belgrave Community Centre has been saved after council unanimously voted for “status-quo” giving it one more year of life.

Blyth is now at risk of losing all its facilities after Kevin Fascist Falconer attempt to  coerce Belgrave councilors into voting to save Blyth facilities spectacularly backfired.

You must see the video below to see how he attempted to pressure councillors, voted to save the Belgrave Community Center, then attempted to make a motion and was shot down by staff, proving that even after 4 years in office Falconer doesn’t have a clue on how to do the very basics of his job. Try not to laugh when he realizes they won’t let him make a motion.

Date: 21Feb2023
Time: 6:00pm
