Pedestrian Dead In Seaforth – Candis HULLEY Charged

(HURON EAST, ON) – A vehicle versus pedestrian collision on Main Street in the Municipality of Huron East (Seaforth) claimed the life of a 77-year-old Huron East resident on August 22, 2025. 

Emergency services located a pedestrian that had sustained life threatening injuries. They were transported to a local hospital where they succumbed to their injuries. The driver of the involved pickup truck remained at the scene.

The deceased was a 77-year-old resident of Huron East. 

As a result of the investigation, the involved vehicle driver from Huron East has been charged with the following offence:

Candis HULLEY, 40 years-of-age has been charged with:

–      Careless Driving Cause Death – Section 130(3) of the Highway Traffic Act.

The accused is scheduled for an appearance in the Goderich Provincial Offences Court to answer to the charge.

Don Thomas – Drunk Driving

(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON) – An individual from the City of London is facing a impaired driving charge following a traffic complaint.

On November 8, 2025, at approximately 2:00 a.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a possible impaired driver, on Plank Line, in the Township of South-West Oxford. Officers patrolled and subsequently located the vehicle.

Don Thomas, 26-years-old, of the City of London, has been charged with:

·      Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 Plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 16, 2026.

Drug Bust – Christopher HULSMANS Arrested Again #3Strikes

(BANCROFT, ON) – An individual from western Ontario is facing drug trafficking charges after a significant drug seizure in in Bancroft.

On Sunday, November 9, 2025, shortly before 2:00 p.m., officers with the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Mill Street.

During the interaction, officers observed items typically associated with drug use. The driver was arrested and a subsequent search of the pick-up truck located more than 130 grams of suspected fentanyl, nearly 90 grams of suspected methamphetamine, nearly 15 grams of suspected crack cocaine, along with several pills suspected to be diazepam and oxycodone. Christopher HULSMANS, age 43 of London has been charged with:

  • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – three counts
  • Possession of a Schedule 2 substance for the purpose of trafficking
  • Possession of a Schedule 4 substance for the purpose of trafficking – two counts
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Personation with intent (identity fraud)
  • Possession of an identity document
  • Failing to comply with an undertaking – six counts

The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on Monday, November 10, 2025.

Linh-Duy Nguyen – Drunk Driving

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – An individual from the Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving related charges following a proactive traffic stop.

On November 9, 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were conducting general patrol around Plank Line and Quarter Town Line, in the Town of Tillsonburg. A traffic stop was conducted after a vehicle was observed driving erratically.

Linh-Duy Nguyen, 62-years-old, of Tillsonburg, has been charged with:

·      Operation while Impaired – Alcohol

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·      Dangerous Operation

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 18, 2025.

Austin Knott Arrested Following Collision

(EAST-ZORRA TAVISTOCK, ON) – An individual from Norfolk County is facing multiple charges following a collision.

On November 7, 2025, at approximately 11:30 a.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment, Paramedic and Fire services, were dispatched to a report of a collision on Highway 59, in the Township of East-Zorra Tavistock. It was reported that a sports utility vehicle (SUV) and a commercial van had collided.

The lone occupant of the van was uninjured, while the lone occupant of the SUV was transported to hospital with minor injuries. Through investigation, the driver of the SUV, was charged with Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act offences.

Austin Knott, 31-years-old, of Norfolk County, has been charged with:

·      Dangerous Operation

·      Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine

·      Driving While Under Suspension

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 16, 2026

Daryl Pittock – Drunk Driving

(TILLSONBURG, ON) – An individual from Tillsonburg is facing impaired driving related charges following a traffic complaint.

On November 1, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the Oxford Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment were dispatched to a report of a possible impaired driver, on Broadway Road in the Town of Tillsonburg. Officers patrolled and subsequently located the vehicle.

Daryl Pittock, 59-years-old, of Tillsonburg, has been charged with:

·      Operation while Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 30, 2025.

Dan MOGA Was Arrested Following Collision

(PETAWAWA, ON) – A Montreal man is facing a Criminal Code (CC) charge after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 17 in Petawawa. 

Members of the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to the collision on November 10, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Highway 17 in Petawawa near Paquette Road.  

The sideswipe collision involved a passenger car and a pickup truck. One driver was taken to hospital by Renfrew County Paramedics with minor injuries. Investigation found that the driver of the pickup truck was prohibited from driving. 

As a result of the incident, 31-year-old Dan MOGA was arrested and charged with Operation While Prohibited contrary to the CC. The accused was released with a court date in December, and their vehicle was towed and impounded for 45 days.  

A section of Highway 17 was closed for approximately one and a half hours to allow for the investigation and removal of the involved vehicles.

Drug Bust – 5 Arrested

(DRYDEN, ON) – Multiple individuals have been charged in connection with an ongoing drug trafficking investigation led by the Dryden Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), with assistance from the Treaty Three Police Service and members from the Dryden OPP Detachment.

On Thursday, November 6, 2025, members of the Dryden OPP CSCU with support from the North West Region OPP Emergency Response Team executed search warrants on two residences on Mary Avenue in the city of Dryden. The execution of the warrants led to the seizure of suspected cocaine, fentanyl, Canadian currency, and various drug-related paraphernalia.

As a result of the investigation, Robert ANDERSON, 51 years old from Dryden, was charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime – over $5000
  • Obstruct peace officer

The accused is held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on November 12, 2025.

Marcia CAMPBELL, 39 years old from Dryden, was charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime – over $5000
  • Fail to comply with probation order

The accused is held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on November 12, 2025.

Samantha CHIKANE, 35 years old from Dryden, was charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime – over $5000

The accused is held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on November 12, 2025.

Courtney MUNN, 33 years old from Dryden, was charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime – over $5000

The accused is held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on November 10, 2025.

Shawna PARENTEAU, 29 years old from Wabigoon, was charged with the following offences:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime – over $5000

The accused is held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Dryden on November 12, 2025.

Zachary PASSMORE – Drunk Driving

(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – The Bracebridge Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged another driver with impaired driving.

On November 3, 2025, at 1:45 a.m. Bracebridge OPP officers responded to a concern from a member of the public about the condition of a driver on Taylor Road in Bracebridge. Officers located the vehicle, conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested and charged 36-year-old Zachary PASSMORE of Gravenhurst, ON with Impaired Operation – Over 80. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on December 16, 2025 to answer to his charges.

Noah HANEY – Impaired Driving

(THUNDER BAY, ON) – On November 7th, 2025 at approximately 10:57 p.m., officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call for service from a concerned citizen who had stopped to check on a distressed motorist located along Highway 11-17, east of Terry Fox Memorial, within the Municipality of Shuniah.

The officers, along with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provided assistance to the motorist, although subsequent to the investigation, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of a controlled substance. After a thorough vehicle search, the officer’s located cannabis, open alcohol & suspect cocaine. The individual was arrested & returned to the detachment for further tests.

As a result of the investigation, Noah HANEY, 27, of the Red Lake, Ontario was charged with:

Criminal Code:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs;
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine;

Provincial Offences:

  • Novice driver – presence of drug;
  • Drive vehicle or boat with cannabis readily available;
  • Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor;
  • Fail to have insurance card;

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Thunder Bay on January 7th, 2025.

Sergio MEJIA MOLINA – Drunk Driving, Etc.

(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON)- Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged one individual with impaired driving following a single motor vehicle collision in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.

On November 6, 2025, shortly after 3:30 a.m., Nottawasaga OPP responded to a single in the ditch that had also collided with a residential mailbox on Concession Road 5 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township. Officers located the vehicle and met with the driver. During the interaction, grounds were formed that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol. Upon further investigation officers learned that the same vehicle had been involved in a fail to stop earlier that night with Caledon OPP, as a result leading to the driver’s arrest.  

As a result of the investigation, Sergio MEJIA MOLINA 28-years-old of North York was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Flight from peace officer
  • Resist Peace Officer
  • Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
  • Drive motor vehicle – no licence
  • Drive motor vehicle – Perform stunt

The accused is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in Bradford on December 4, 2025, to answer to the charges.

Chantal SCHLEGEL Was Arrested

(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – Disturbance results in charges.

On November 4, 2025, at 4:22 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), were dispatched to an address in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex for the report of a disturbance.

Investigation revealed the victim and accused were known to each other.

There were no injuries reported.

As a result, Chantal SCHLEGEL, a 28-year-old, of no fixed address has been charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Assault
  • Mischief Under $ 5,000
  • Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm

The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London to speak to the charges on December 18, 2025.

Drug Bust – 741 Grams Of Cocaine – Denneil MORGAN & Elijah MCPHERSON

(ORILLIA, ON) – Members of the Orillia Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) have charged two individuals following a drug trafficking investigation that culminated in arrests and the execution of a search warrant.

In the summer of 2025, Orillia CSCU received information regarding drug trafficking activity involving an individual operating within the City of Orillia. Through a combination of physical and technological surveillance, investigators gathered grounds to arrest the suspect and obtained search warrants for associated addresses.

On November 6, 2025, police stopped a vehicle travelling northbound on Highway 11 from the Greater Toronto Area. Two individuals were arrested, and a search warrant was executed at a residence linked to one of the accused. A quantity of drugs and evidence related to trafficking were seized from both the vehicle and residence, including:

·        741 grams of cocaine

·        3.5 grams of psilocybin

·        $500 in Canadian currency

·        Drug trafficking indicia

As a result, the following individuals have been charged:

Denneil MORGAN, 43 years old, of Brampton:

·        Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine (CDSA 5(2))

·        Fail to Comply with Undertaking (CC 145(5)(a))

·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 (CC 354(1)(a))

Elijah MCPHERSON, 27 years old, of Windsor:

·        Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine (CDSA 5(2))

·        Fail to Comply with Undertaking (CC 145(5)(a))

·        Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 (CC 354(1)(a))

·        Possession of Psilocybin (CDSA 4(1))

Both accused were held for bail and remain in custody pending future court appearances.

Raymond DRIFFIELD – Drunk Driving

(SUNDRIDGE, ON) – A RIDE program in Sundridge resulted in impaired and prohibited driving charges for a Scarborough resident.

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, at approximately 8:15 p.m., Almaguin Highlands OPP were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) checkpoint on Main Street when they stopped a driver and observed signs of alcohol consumption. Further investigation revealed the driver was criminally prohibited from operating a motor vehicle. The individual was arrested and transported to the Burk’s Falls OPP detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Raymond DRIFFIELD, 38 years-of-age from Scarborough, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·        Operation while prohibited under the criminal code

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge on January 8, 2026. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Dylan WEGNER – Drunk Driving

(COCHRANE, ON) – A traffic complaint reporting an aggressive driver led to impaired driving charges.

On Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the James Bay OPP responded to reports of a driver behaving aggressively in a commercial parking lot on Highway 11 South. Officers located the vehicle and determined the driver had consumed alcohol. The individual was arrested and transported to the Cochrane OPP detachment for further testing.

As a result of the investigation, Dylan WEGNER, 27 years-of-age from Barrie, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane on December 9, 2025. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
