39 Year Old From From North Perth Arrested – Details Released

(NORTH PERTH, ON) – One person has been charged following a traffic complaint in the Municipality of North Perth.

On November 22, 2025 shortly after 10:00 p.m. the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint involving a vehicle that was unable to maintain its lane while driving.

Police located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired driving and transported to a local OPP detachment where he provided breath samples that were two times over the legal limit.

The driver, 39-year-old Chan Ortiz BALTAZAR of North Perth was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation While Impaired
  • Operation While Impaired – Blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on December 22, 2025. The accused is also facing a 90-day drivers licence suspension, 7-day motor vehicle impoundment as well as tow and impound fees.

Another Pedestrian Struck #PurgeCouncil

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – A pedestrian was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle.

On November 27, 2025, at approximately 5:37 p.m., emergency services including members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and Middlesex-London Paramedic Service responded to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in the area of Medway Road and Clarke Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.

The pedestrian was transported to local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The injury status was later downgraded to non-life threatening.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

Investigators with the Middlesex OPP are seeking witnesses to assist with this investigation. If you have any information that might be helpful, please call the Middlesex County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.

Drunk Driving Arrest In South Huron – Name Released

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a London resident with impaired driving following a traffic stop on October 31, 2025, in the Town of Exeter, Municipality of South Huron. 

Just after 11:30 p.m. on Friday, October 31, 2025, Huron County OPP officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle on Main Street North in Exeter. The driver was subsequently arrested for impaired operation.

The accused provided breath samples before a qualified Intoxilyzer Breath Technician at the Huron County OPP detachment in Clinton. Breath samples provided to police resulted in readings over twice the legal limit.

Shawn BULLOCK, 44 years-of-age from London has been charged with:

–      Impaired Operation – Over 80.

The accused was additionally charged with offences found in the Highway Traffic Act (HTA), and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (CAIA).

The vehicle involved was towed and impounded for seven days, and the accused’ driver’s license was suspended for a period of 90 days.

The accused was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 08, 2025.

Brandon GEIGER Arrested After Incident With A Corporation #CommunityOverCorporations

(HURON-KINLOSS, ON) – On November 24, 2025, at approximately 4:22 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a disturbance in the area of MacDonald Street and Queen Street in Ripley, Township of Huron-Kinloss.

Officers learned that a telecommunications company was working in the area when the employee was confronted by a disgruntled resident. The individual continued to cause a scene, yelling and using profanities before striking the company’s vehicle with a steel pole, causing damage.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged Brandon GEIGER, 33-years-old, resident of Huron-Kinloss with the following:

  • Causing a disturbance, CC 175(1)(a)
  • Mischief under $5,000, CC 430(4)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 7, 2026, to answer to the charges.

Wingham Business “Man” Goes On Rampage Pre-Parade – Arrest/Charges Likely #ImmoralActs #StandYourGround #DefendYourNeighbours 

(Wingham, North Huron) On Saturday, shortly before the Wingham Christmas Parade, a local business owner engaged in highly concerning and aggressive behaviour in downtown Wingham.

Witnesses report that the man was intentionally shovelling snow against a neighbour’s business doorway, completely blocking the door. When confronted about the dangerous and unlawful act (which could have prevented escape in an emergency), the individual reportedly continued shovelling, then raised his shovel in a threatening manner toward the person confronting him, screaming “What’s it to you!”

After the confrontation, the man crossed the street against the pedestrian signals (in full view of families and children waiting for the parade), while shouting profanities and repeatedly making obscene gestures. He then reportedly went to a nearby restaurant in the heart of Wingham and directed the same obscene gesture toward patrons inside.

The individual is said to be a “prominent” and long-standing member of the notorious Wingham Business Improvement Association (WBIA).

Blocking a fire exit or emergency exit with snow is a violation of the Ontario Fire Code and potentially the Criminal Code (mischief/endangering life). Threatening someone with a shovel can constitute assault with a weapon.

This type of aggressive, anti-social behaviour – especially in front of children and during a community holiday event – is completely unacceptable and has no place in Wingham or any Canadian community.

The victims are considering releasing video and police involvement if the “man” does not remove the snow he illegally dumped by the open of business on Monday.

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 20, 2025, at approximately 5:07 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint regarding a vehicle going into oncoming traffic while travelling northbound on Highway 21 towards Kincardine.

The caller was able to keep observation of the vehicle until officers were able to locate it and conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle was occupied by an adult female and two young children. The investigating officer made contact with the driver, where they detected signs of impairment. The driver was taken into custody and transported for further testing.

Kendra FALCONER, 35-years-old, resident of North Huron, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
  • Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 7, 2026, to answer to the charges.

Adesh GREWAL – Drunk Driving

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has laid impaired driving charges after a traffic stop.

On Thursday, November 27, 2025, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the Quinte West OPP conducted a traffic stop, the driver was arrested and transported to detachment for further testing.

Adesh GREWAL, age 26, from Stoney Creek, was charged with: 

•               Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

•               Operation while impaired – Blood alcohol concentrations (80plus)

•               Speeding 1 – 49 km/h over posted limit

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on December 18, 2025.

Todd MILLER Arrested In Port Elgin – Details Released

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 23, 2025, at approximately 5:11 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver, travelling south from Port Elgin.

The responding officer was able to locate the vehicle along Highway 21, south of Tiverton. A roadside screening device was administered on the driver, resulting in a fail. The driver was taken into custody and transported for further testing.

Todd MILLER, 45-years-old, of no fixed address, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 7, 2026, to answer to the charge.

Melissa BOUCHARD Was Arrested Again

(COCHRANE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested and charged a driver with multiple offences after a traffic stop in Cochrane.

On Wednesday November 19, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., members of the James Bay (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Highway 11 West after an Automated Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) alert indicated the registered owner was a suspended driver.

Police confirmed the driver to be the registered owner and confirmed they had multiple driving suspensions including a Criminal Code prohibition was found to be suspended for multiple reasons, including Criminal Code prohibition.

During a search incident to arrest, officers located a quantity of suspected fentanyl on the individual. A subsequent search of the vehicle led to the seizure of approximately $2,500 in Canadian Currency, an imitation handgun and additional drugs suspected to be crack cocaine, cocaine and fentanyl.

As a result of the investigation, Melissa BOUCHARD, 40 years-of-age of Cochrane, was charged with the following offences:

  • Operation while prohibited
  • Fail to comply with probation order
  • Possession of imitation weapon for dangerous purpose
  • Carrying concealed weapon
  • Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – crack cocaine
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – fentanyl
  • Drive while under suspension – two counts

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane. The vehicle was impounded for 45 days as a result of the criminal driving suspension.

Kirk WILLIAMS – Drunk Driving, Etc.

(COCHRANE, ON) – A traffic complaint of a commercial motor vehicle tailgating and cutting off a vehicle in Cochrane resulted in an impaired driving arrest.

On Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at approximately 7:10 p.m., the James Bay Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of aggressive driving on Highway 11 South in Cochrane.

Police located a vehicle matching the description traveling southbound on Highway 11. Upon speaking with the driver, officers determined that alcohol had been consumed. While effecting the arrest, the driver resisted police, resulting in a window being broken to gain entry. Open alcohol containers and cannabis products were located in the vehicle during a subsequent search.

As a result of the investigation, Kirk WILLIAMS, 59 years-of-age of Quebec City, QC has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

·        Resist Peace Officer

·        Drive vehicle or boat with cannabis in open original packaging

·        Having care or control of a motor vehicle with open container of liquor

·        Driver fail to surrender licence

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cochrane on January 20, 2026. Additionally, they received a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS), and the tractor portion of the vehicle was impounded for seven days.

Alison BURKE-FILEWOD & Terrence OWENS Were Arrested Again

(OTTAWA, ON) – Members of the Ottawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid over a dozen charges, including drug possession charges, against two individuals after a stolen licence plate was recovered.

Shortly before noon on November 27, an OPP officer received an ALPR camera notification about a stolen licence plate on Highway 417 near Almonte. A traffic stop was conducted and investigation revealed that the two individuals in the vehicle were on conditions not to be with each other. Officers discovered one of the individuals was wanted and had multiple arrest warrants. Officers also seized Fentanyl and Cocaine.

Alison BURKE-FILEWOD, 41 years of age from Almonte, faces the following charges:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance – Opioid (other then heroin)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance – Cocaine
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
  • Obstruct peace officer
  • Fail to comply with probation order
  • Operate a vehicle without insurance
  • Drive motor vehicle, fail to display two plates
  • Fail to apply for permit upon becoming owner

Terrence OWENS, 41 years of age from Mississippi Mills, faces the following charges:

  • Possession of a schedule I substance – Opioid (other then heroin)
  • Possession of a schedule I substance – Cocaine
  • Obstruct peace officer
  • Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
  • Failure to comply with release order – other then to attend court; four counts

Both accused were held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Tena CLARKE – Trafficking

(ADJALA-TOSORONTIO, ON) – As a result of an ongoing police investigation, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) from Nottawasaga Detachment, with assistance from Dufferin and Caledon Detachments, executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 50 in Adjala-Tosorontio Township.

In early fall of 2025, Nottawasaga CSCU received information that the accused was trafficking drugs in the Town of New Tecumseth. Through surveillance and investigative techniques, officers observed activity consistent with drug trafficking and obtained a search warrant.

On November 26, 2025, officers from the Nottawasaga CSCU attended the residence shortly before 12:30 p.m. to execute the search warrant. Upon completion, the following items were seized:

  • Prescription medications, including Oxycodone, Lorazepam, Tramadol, and Trazodone
  • Approximately 14,000 contraband cigarettes
  • Drug trafficking indicia
  • $1,960 in cash

Investigators have arrested and charged the following individual under the Criminal Code of Canada and the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act:

Tena CLARKE, 66 years old, of Adjala-Tosorontio:

  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – Other Drugs
  • Trafficking a Schedule I substance – Other Drugs
  • Trafficking in contraband tobacco

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice on February 19, 2026.

Valerie Wright – Drunk Driving

(HUNTSVILLE, ON) – Officers of the Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (O.P.P.) are always looking for criminal driving behaviour. 

On November 26, 2025 at 9:00am, The Huntsville OPP made aware that a female had left her workplace in an intoxicated state. Officers located the driver who subsequently failed a roadside alcohol screening test.

As a result of the investigation, Valerie Wright, 52 years old of Huntsville Ontario, has been charged with:

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

The accused was released and is to appear in January 2026 before the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge, Ontario

The accused was also issued a 90 Administrative Driver’s License Suspension and the vehicle was impounded for 7 days.

Pervert Alert: Maurice Lemieux – Child Sexual Assault, Etc.

(EMBRUN, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual in connection with a historical sexual assault investigation.

In September 2025, members of the Russell County OPP launched an investigation into allegations of sexual assault involving two victims that are reported to have occurred between 2005 and 2011 in Embrun and nearby communities.

As a result of the investigation, 82-year-old Maurice Lemieux of Embrun Ontario was charged under the criminal code with:

• Sexual interference – 3 counts

• Sexual exploitation – 2 counts 

• Sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age – 2 counts 

• Invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age

The accused was released by a Justice of the Peace after a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in L’Orignal, Ontario on January 7, 2026.

Paul BOYLE & Nicholas HOLT – Impaired Driving

(PEMBROKE, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) 2025 Festive R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) campaign commenced on November 20, 2025, and will continue until January 1, 2026. During the first week of the campaign from November 20-26, 2025, officers from the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP conducted 35 RIDE checks throughout the detachment area.

During the RIDE checks drivers were found to be in full compliance with the law and no impaired driving or over 80mg charges were reported as a result of the RIDE campaign.

Despite the compliance at the RIDE checks, UOV OPP officers charged two drivers with impaired driving-related offences during the week.

On November 21, 2025, at approximately 2:50 p.m., police stopped a vehicle for speeding on B Line Road in Laurentian Valley Township. As part of the investigation a Roadside Screening Device was utilized, and the driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.

As a result of this incident 42-year-old Paul BOYLE of Brockville has been charged with the following Criminal Code (CC), Highway Traffic Act (HTA) and Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act (CAIA) offences:

·        Operation while impaired – alcohol

·        Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80mg plus

·        Drive motor vehicle perform stunt – excessive speed

·        Fail to have insurance card

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on December 16, 2025. The accused also had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was towed and impounded for 14 days. 

On November 24, 2025, at approximately 12:45 a.m., members of the UOV OPP responded to a complaint of a parked vehicle blaring music on Wilson Avenue in the Town of Petawawa. The driver was arrested, and testing was conducted by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) officer at the detachment. 

As a result of this incident 24-year-old Nicholas HOLT of Pembroke has been charged with the following CC, HTA and Cannabis Control Act (CCA) offences:

  • Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
  • Possess more than one licence
  • Have care and control of a vehicle with cannabis readily available

The accused was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on December 29, 2025. The accused also had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and their vehicle was towed and impounded for seven days.
