(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a Leamington resident with multiple criminal driving offences following a series of collisions in the Municipality of South Huron, on August 09, 2025.
Just before 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 09, 2025, Huron County OPP officers responded to a report of a vehicle driver that had reportedly damaged three other vehicles at an address on Grand Bend Line. The driver was located by police and arrested for impaired operation and dangerous driving.
As a result of the investigation, the accused has been charged as follows:
A 17-year-old from Leamington has been charged with:
– Dangerous Operation,
– Impaired Operation – Alcohol and Drug,
– Impaired Operation – Over 80.
– Take Motor Vehicle without Consent.
The accused youth was processed and later released from custody with a court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on September 12, 2025.
