(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – An impaired driver has been taken off the road thanks to a traffic complaint made by a concerned member of the public.
On October 9, 2025, at approximately 5:45 p.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), responded to a report of a suspected impaired driver, who was driving dangerously on Maltby Road East in Puslinch Township.
As a result of the investigation, Jessica MCNEIL, a 30-year-old from Erin, was charged under the Criminal Code with:
- Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
- Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
- Dangerous operation
A 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension (ADLS) and a 7-day Vehicle Impoundment was initiated as per statute.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Guelph on October 24, 2025.
