On September 19, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to a report of an indecent act in the area of Cornerbrook Crescent in Waterloo.
A male was observed engaging in an indecent act at a children’s park while children were present.
Police identified and located the subject. As a result, a 60-year-old male from Kitchener was charged with one count of Indecent Act.
Due to the seriousness of the alleged offence, the male was held for a bail hearing.
There are no reports of physical injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing.
