Pervert Alert: Children Approached – Jakub Bindernagel Arrested

UPDATE – LONDON, ON (September 17, 2025) – Members of the London Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section have identified the suspect in the ongoing sexual assault investigation from earlier this week.

With assistance from the public, the male suspect was identified, located and arrested yesterday, Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

As a result of the investigation, Jakub Bindernagel, 28, of London has been charged with one count of invitation to sexual touching under 16 years of age.

The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in London court today in relation to the charge.

LONDON, ON (September 16, 2025) – The London Police Service (LPS) Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a man in relation to an ongoing investigation.

On Sunday, September 14, 2025, at approximately 1:20 p.m., police responded to a call in relation to a suspicious person near Attawandaron Park in the north end of the city.

Officers responded and learned that three girls walking on the pathway came across a man with a white dog.

While the girls spoke with the man about the dog, he uttered inappropriate comments about his genitals.

The girls left the area and told their parents. Police were contacted.

A description of the suspect male was provided, and police searched the area with negative results.

The suspect is described as male, White, approximately 5’9” to 6’0”, 30 – 40 years old, medium build with brown hair below the ears. He was wearing shorts and a t-shirt at the time of the reported incident and had a small white dog with him.

Investigators are urging anyone who may have information about this investigation, the suspect, or who may have been in the area between 12:30 and 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon and have dash-cam, residential or business video surveillance, to contact the London Police Service.

The investigation remains ongoing.
