(INGERSOLL, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Oxford Detachment took another impaired driver off the road as the result of a R.I.D.E. check in the Town of Ingersoll.
On August 3, 2025, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Oxford OPP set up a Reduced Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) check on Harris Street in Ingersoll.
As a result, Catharine PAVEL, a 55-year-old resident of Hamilton, has been charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) 80 plus
- Having Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with Unsealed Container of Alcohol
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on September 16, 2025.
