(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE, ON) – On October 15, 2024, at approximately 8:00 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call about a vehicle stopped in the live lane of Bruce Road 10, Municipality of Arran-Elderslie.
As a result of the interaction, police arrested the driver for impaired driving.
Kyle VANDERVOORT, 27-years-old, from the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie was charged with:
- Impaired Operation – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus), CC 320.14(1)(a)
- Dangerous Operation, CC 320.13(1)
- Possession of a Schedule I substance, Methamphetamine, CDSA 4(1)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Court of Justice on November 20, 2024.
