(PUSLINCH, ON) – On September 13, 2024, at approximately 11:45 p.m. officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Wellington County Detachment were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) program on Highway 6 South, Puslinch.
During the operation, a vehicle was stopped, and the driver was assessed for sobriety. As a result of the investigation, Matthew B. NORDIEN, 32 years-old of Oakville, was charged with:
- Operation While Impaired – alcohol and drugs contrary to the Criminal Code
- Operation While Impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80 plus contrary to the Criminal Code
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario court of justice – Guelph, at a later date.
