(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On June 6, 2014 at 7:01 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 9 in Kincardine Township noticed the driver of a Blue Ford Flex was talking on a cell phone. The vehicle was stopped and 39 year old John SINCLAIR of Kincardine was charged with Driving while using wireless device. The current penalty for this charge is a fine of $280.
