Armed Robbery Update - 18 Year Old Facing Charges - FOISYSource: Area OPP

(TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH, ON) - On December 2, 2019 at approximately 10:53 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a robbery at a business on Main Street in the Town of Arthur. The witness provided a detailed description of the suspect and stated that they were armed with a handgun.
At approximately 1:05 p.m. the suspect turned themselves into the OPP Operation Centre in Teviotdale.
Kyle Edward FOISY, 18-years-old of Wellington North Township has been charged with Robbery with a Weapon, Pointing a Firearm and Carrying a Concealed Weapon Contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice - Guelph on January 7, 2020 to answer to the charges.
