43 Year Old Drunk Driver Arrested

(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - On December 9, 2018, at approximately 01:00 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Richmond Street the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
Upon further investigation, police determined that the 43-year-old driver of the motor vehicle had consumed alcohol. The officer demanded that the driver provide a road-side breath sample and the driver registered a "FAIL". The driver was arrested and transported to a police station for further testing.
As a result of the police investigation, Ron GANDAREZ, of Middlesex Centre was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on January 22, 2019.
