(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) - On November 28, 2018, at approximately 10:00 p.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop in relation to a moving violation on Medway Road in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre.
Upon further investigation, police determined that the 62-year-old driver of the motor vehicle had consumed alcohol and was placed under arrest.
As a result of the police investigation, Fredrick FORWARD, of Middlesex Centre was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired and Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood, pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CC).
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court room on January 8, 2019.
