Another Student Sexual Assaulted By School Bus Driver

(Ottawa) � The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse (SACA) Unit has charged a man following an investigation into sexual offences that occurred in the Centretown area involving a girl, under 16 years of age.
On March 1st, the accused � who was employed as a student transport driver for a Centretown area high school � dropped off the other students and then began to transport the victim to their residence. During the drive, he stopped the van and forced the student to perform a sexual act. The student was then dropped off at home.
Today, Jean-Pierre MUTABAZI, 56 years old, of Ottawa was charged with Sexual assault, Sexual interference and Invitation to sexual touching.
He is scheduled to appear in court today.
