The male has been held for a bail hearing and faces several charges including Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, and Discharging a Firearm from a Motor Vehicle. The Waterloo Regional Police continue to investigate a shooting incident that occurred on Westwood Drive in Kitchener on November 12, 2020, at approximately 5:25 a.m. Investigators are looking to identify and speak with the male captured in these images. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 519-570-9777 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. On Thursday, November 11, 2020, at approximately 5:25 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police responded to the area of Westwood Drive in Kitchener for reports of shots fired. There was an extensive police presence in the area for most of the day. Police have located evidence confirming a shooting occurred and believe it is a targeted incident between individuals known to each other.
