ATVs "Stolen" After Keys Left In Ignition

(HURON EAST, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are seeking tips from the public to help solve a recent theft case.
Huron OPP officers are on the search for two off-road vehicles that were stolen from a Maple Keys Line property last weekend. Sometime between 11:30 p.m. on September 11, 2020 and 12:00 p.m. on September 12, 2020 suspects entered into an unlocked drive shed at the property. Once inside the drive shed they located and stole two off-road vehicles that had been left with the keys in the ignition.
The machines are described as a 2012 orange Polaris Sportsman 550 A12 model 4X4 and a 2020 blue Ranger XP1000 side-by-side.
The combined value of the stolen machines is approximately $27,000.
