Repeat Offender Facing More Charges - Perry BAKKER

(GODERICH, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested and charged another Goderich resident in connection with a stolen property investigation conducted by members of the Huron-Perth Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU).

On Tuesday, July 21, 2020 Members from the CSCU executed at a search warrant at a Cambria Road North residence and recovered a stolen ATV. At that time police arrested and charged a 35-year-old female resident.

As a result of further investigation police were able to identify the seller of the stolen ATV. He was arrested last night in Goderich and was taken into custody without incident.

Perry BAKKER, 34 years of age, from Goderich has been charged with: Trafficking in Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000 and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.

He has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for October 5, 2020 at the Ontario Court of Justice - Goderich.
