As a result, Matthew Jason MILLS, 36, of Windsor, has been charged with:

The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charge.

"Those involved in the trafficking of drugs will continue to be a focus of the OPP. Traffickers need to hear this message loud and clear - this behaviour is not acceptable in our communities." - Inspector Rob Scott, OPP Detachment Commander Huron and Perth Counties.
