(NORTH PERTH, ON) - A North Perth resident is facing a mischief charge after an incident on Queen Street in Listowel.
Shortly after 2:30 p.m. on May 15 2020, the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to assist after an altercation in a parking lot at an apartment building on Queen Street in Listowel. One person was inside a vehicle, and another had struck the vehicle with a piece of wood, causing damage to the windshield, side window, and headlight.
As a result, David ERNEST, 28, of North Perth, has been arrested and charged with:
Mischief - Destroys or Damages Property
The accused has been released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford at a later date to answer to the charges.
