OPP Officer Wins Paid Vacation

(WELLINGTON COUNTY, ON) - In February 2020, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) began an investigation into the conduct of one of their officers.
On February 12, 2020, members of the Professional Standards Bureau of the OPP arrested and charged Provincial Constable Sukhvinder Singh TOOR, a fourteen (14) year member of the Wellington County OPP Detachment with the following Criminal Code offences:
Breach of Trust,
Attempt to Obstruct Justice,
Interception of a Private Communication, and with
Disclosure of Private Communication.
The officer is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on March 20, 2020.
The officer has been suspended from duty.
