Male Arrested In Bluevale Without Incident

(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) - This afternoon around 12:35 p.m. (28Jan) members of the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment responded to a residence located on Orange Street in the village of Bluevale to check on the well-being of a resident.
Due to concerns about possible firearms inside the home members from the West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT), OPP Canine Unit and OPP Crisis Negotiation Team also attended to assist.
Shortly after 5:00 p.m. police took a male subject into custody without incident.
Members from the Huron County OPP Crime Unit are currently investigating.
