26 Year Old Caught Going 107 in a 50

(TOWNSHIP OF PUSLINCH, ON) - On November 28, 2019, at approximately 8:20 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was monitoring traffic and conducting radar on Lake Road near Travelled Road. The officer observed a white motor vehicle travelling eastbound at a speed that appeared to be above the posted 50 km/h speed limit. The vehicle was locked on radar in excess of 107 km/h.
As a result, Lovepreet SINGH, 26-years-old of Cambridge, has been charged with Racing a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. The defendant is scheduled to appear in Guelph at the Ontario Court of Justice - Provincial Offences Court on February 5, 2020.
