Theft Of Fuel - Two Charged - CAMPBELL & TROTTER

(PERTH EAST, ON) - During the early-morning hours of November 23, 2019, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County Detachment received a report of a fuel theft in progress at a local business.

Officers attended the neighbouring area and arrested a male suspect on foot. Further investigation revealed that he had a stolen and altered cheque in his possession. A short while later, Stratford Police Service located the suspect vehicle and arrested a second male suspect.

Kyle CAMPBELL, 26-years-old of St. Marys is charged with:
Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 and Fraud Under $5000.

Corey TROTTER, 31-years-old of St. Marys is charged with:
Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.

Both parties were released from custody with December 30th, 2019 court dates.
