The driver, Rahul MODY, 32-years-old of North Perth was charged with failing to stop for a school bus. The driver was issued a Provincial Offence Notice (PON).

Perth County OPP want to ensure all motorists are aware that drivers must stop for school buses when the red lights are flashing and the school bus is stopped.
