Repeat Offender Found Hiding In Bathroom - SMITH

(MILVERTON, ON) - A person with outstanding warrants was arrested during the early evening hours of October 1, 2019 in the Township of Perth East.

Members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County detachment responded to the report of an unwanted person at a rural residence south of Milverton.

Police responded quickly and located a person hiding in the bathroom of a motor home and was identified by police as having outstanding warrants in Perth County.

Dylan SMITH, 38-years-old, of Milverton was arrested and charged with;

Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge


The accused was held for a Bail Hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on October 2, 2019 to answer the charges.
