Winghamite Arrested For Indecent Exposure - HOPPER

(MILLBANK, ON) - On September 13, 2019, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County Detachment responded to a report of a suspicious, white passenger vehicle with an unknown driver in the area of Millbank, Ontario. The driver was reported to have exposed themselves to members of the community, including youth at that time.

Through investigation, the motor vehicle and driver were identified.

On September 29, 2019, Paul HOPPER, 58-years-old, of Wingham was arrested and charged with;

Indecent Exposure
The accused was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on September 30, 2019.
