72 Year Old Suffers Medical Condition Causing Collision

(STRATFORD, ON) - On August 9, 2019 at approximately 2:15 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Perth County detachment, Stratford Police Service, Perth County Paramedic Services and Perth East and Stratford Fire Departments responded to the scene of a collision involving two motor vehicles.

The collision occurred on Perth Line 34, just west of Stratford in the Township of Perth East.

A 72-year-old driver from Kitchener suffered a medical condition and rear ended another vehicle before ending up in the ditch.

The male driver and the female driver of the other motor vehicle were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The investigation remains ongoing and further details will be released when available.
