(MITCHELL, ON) - On August 7, 2019 at approximately 9:30 p.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) West Perth detachment responded to the report of a suspicious person behind a business in Mitchell.
Officers responded and spoke with a female loading a U-Haul. The lone female was bound by a court order with curfew conditions and was not in the company of her surety.
Shannon MONTGOMERY, 34-years-old, of Stratford was arrested and charged with:
Fail to Comply with Recognizance
The female is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on August 8, 2019 to answer the charge.
