(MIDDLESEX, ON) - On May 6, 2020 at 01:47 a.m. Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a vehicle stop on Glendon Dr. in the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, where police soon learned that the driver was prohibited from driving.
As a result of an investigation police have charged Jesse COLLINS -age 38- of Middlesex Centre with:
CC 320.18(1)(a) Operation While Prohibited under the Criminal Code
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in a London court room on July 13, 2020 to speak to the charges.
The OPP wants to remind the public that it is the driver's responsibility to ensure that they carry a valid and correct class of licence for the vehicle they are operating.
