(STAFFA, ON) - On June 17, 2019 at approximately 8:00 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), West Perth detachment responded to the report of a suspicious persons on Line 21, west of Staffa. A male and a female were located on a rural property and were arrested by police.

Jean-Philippe GNEMMI, 31-years-old, of Stratford was arrested and charged with;
Fail to Comply with Undertaking
Fail to Comply with Probation


Tess STERLING, 27-years-old, of No fixed address was arrested and charged with;
Fail to Comply with Undertaking


Both the male and female were issued a Provincial Offence Notices (PON) for Enter premises when entry prohibited.

Both the male and female are scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on July 29, 2019 to speak to the charges.
