In a sad display today King bailey had what appeared to be a total breakdown on Josephine St. This manifested in yelling and cursing in front of children. Whatís even worse is that his carer was laughing/grinning the whole time, and she is the Principal at Winghamís Maitland River Elementary School, Angela Cowley.

While king bernie bailey clearly violated North Huronís code of conduct, we can not confirm that someone has read it to him yet, so he may not be aware of it.

It appears the sidewalk displays Josephine St retailers have offend our king, and must be removed asap. King bailey is expected to address this and apologize for his humiliating temper tantrum and foul language at Mondayís council meeting.
