Shane BAKER, 54-years-old, of the Grimsby was arrested and charged with;

Operation while impaired - blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)

He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on June 10, 2019 to answer the charges.

"To have someone Impaired by alcohol at 9 o'clock in the morning is unacceptable. Thanks to the vigilant work of an officer, another drunk driver was caught.
