Repeat Offender Arrested - Methamphetamine A Factor

(WEST PERTH, ON) - On April 11, 2019 at approximately 7:30 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), West Perth detachment responded to a report of a Mischief in progress where a male was damaging property with a hockey stick. Officers responded and with the assistance of the OPP West Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) the male was arrested.

Ryanal Devon ERB 36-years-old, of the Municipality of West Perth was arrested and charged with;

Mischief Under $ 5,000
Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Possession of a Schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine

The male was scheduled to appear for a Bail Hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on April 12, 2019 to answer the charges
