The claim from North Huron is that a George Foreman grill is unsafe to cook a hamburger and needs a fire suppression hood. When asked to specifically point out any commercial equipment in the kitchen, as it would be removed immediately for compliance, he could not point out a single piece of commercial equipment.
A fire suppression hood may be required for some commercial equipment if that equipment produces smoke or grease-laden vapours in a quantity that can�t be controlled by other approved means, this includes gas powered deep fryers & char broilers none of which are at Buck & Jo�s.
