Methamphetamine Bust - GEORGE, PARSONS, RITCHIE, RITCHIE & THOMPSON

(SAUGEEN FIRST NATION, ON) - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Grey Bruce Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) with the assistance of the Huron Perth CSCU, Emergency Response Team (ERT) and members of the Bruce Peninsula OPP executed a search warrant on a Saugeen First Nation property.
This occurred on February 6, 2019 at approximately 7:00 a.m. As a result of the warrant the following people have been charged:
Samuel GEORGE age 44-years-old of Forest, Ontario
Possession of a schedule I Substance - Methamphetamine contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of a schedule I Substance - Fentanyl contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of a schedule I Substance - Oxycodone contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of a schedule II Substance - Nabilone contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of a schedule III Substance - Psilocybin section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Todd PARSONS age 48-years-old of Saugeen First Nation, Ontario
Possession of a schedule I Substance - Oxycodone contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of Ammunition contrary to prohibition order contrary to section 117.01(1) of the Criminal Code
Casey RITCHIE age 49-years-old of Saugeen First Nation, Ontario

Possession of a schedule I Substance - Fentanyl contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of a schedule I Substance - Oxycodone contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
Possession of a schedule II Substance - Nabilone contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

All accused were arrested without incident and are scheduled to appear in Walkerton Criminal Court on February 27, 2019.
