34 Year Old Charged After Refusing To Blow

(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) - On February 2, 2019 at approximately 4:26 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a possible impaired driver operating a motor vehicle in the Village of Walters Falls, in the Township of Chatsworth.

While en route to the area, police received a report of an unwanted, intoxicated, female at a residence in Walters Falls. Police attended the residence at which time they observed a vehicle matching the description of the traffic complaint. The driver, who had been drinking, was located and arrested for impaired driving. She was brought to the Chatsworth OPP Detachment for breath tests, which she refused.

A 34-year old female from Grey Highlands was charged with Failure or Refusal to Comply With Demand.

She is to appear in court in Owen Sound on February 14, 2019.
