Impaired Driver From Brussels Arrested At Coffee Drive Thru

(NORTH PERTH, ON) - On December 6, 2018 at 2:30 a.m., members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Perth County detachment were called by a concerned citizen about a possible impaired driver leaving a restaurant in the Municipality of North Perth.
OPP officers responded quickly and the driver was located in the parking lot, where it was determined that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired. He was arrested and transported to the Teviotdale OPP detachment for further testing.
Dwaine NICHOLLS, 47-years-old, of the Town of Brussels was arrested and charged with;
Driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on December 17, 2018.
